Tastes really good and has more protein and fiber than regular pasta. I noticed no texture differences than regular pasta. Highly recommend!

I think one of the things I liked best about this pasta is the taste. You can totally tell the difference between this one and other pastas.

This was my first time trying this brand and the whole family loved them, my teenage sons especially loved them due to the amount of protein.

This pasta was super good! A bit denser then normal pasta, but very similar otherwise. Delicious, easy to cook, and the nutritional value is amazing.

the noodles were a bit plain, there was no stronger taste to them. the texture was good for an alternative noodle. nothing was wrong with it though!

Really liked this pasta. It was tasty and healthy. Great texture not at all gritty which can happen with whole wheat. Cooked up quick and el dente.

This is a very good product. I really like it. I like that it made of ancient grain which is better for you. And it's made in Italy which is a plus.
