This pasta is a great source of protein. I like that it comes in different shapes and the box is a fairly good size. There is also no weird aftertaste or anything.

The fusilli pasta was like taking a real trip to Italy. It was perfectly al dente, and had that delicious flour + egg taste. I loved the protein amount too!

I was pleasantly surprised that it did not have a wheat taste as a lot of others do. It tasted nice and light and was enjoyed by all. It mixed well with HGTV beef, tomato sauce etc.

Great protein alternative, it is very tasty, perfect consistency and delicious like regular pasta. It's affordable and it's the perfect amount to feed a family of 4-6.
