This is the best protein pasta. It has the perfect bite and texture. It doesn't get gummy like other pastas. It tastes great even without pasta sauce!

It might not taste as good as the unhealthy pasta but it's much healthier and has protein in it. It makes it so much more worth it to me. To clarify, it doesn't taste bad at all.

I would have to say it cooked up well and taste good. It has 21g protein verses 13g regular pasta and a little more than twice the fiber. Net carbs are a little less than regular too and made with only 2 ingredients.
