I would have to say it cooked up well and taste good. It has 21g protein verses 13g regular pasta and a little more than twice the fiber. Net carbs are a little less than regular too and made with only 2 ingredients.

I like this pasta. I love how it tastes good with the added benefits of more protein. The texture is great and flavor is mild as well. Just a bit firm than regular one but still worth to swap.

I enjoyed the texture and the flavor of this pasta. It wasn't soggy or gritty tasting. I was skeptical at first to get it because I thought it going to taste bad but it wasn't bad at all. I will purchase again.

When I saw this in the store, I thought it would taste more like one of the alternative pastas, like a chickpea pasta, etc. This tasted like a regular pasta but comes with the bonus of added protein.
