I cooked this pasta in a sauce with chicken and vegetables and it came out just like a regular pasta. Appreciated the higher nutritional content and the good taste.

This is my absolute favorite pasta! I love that it's made in Italy and made from lupini beans! I was worried that it wouldn't have that spot-on pasta texture and taste but it does. I can't get enough of this stuff.

These are a great alternative to regular pasta. We eat pasta a lot for an easy dinner and Iove that I can get more nutrition with these. The fact that they are Made in Italy is a plus!

The pasta is a great alternative to regular flour filled pasta. I love that it is high in protein and fiber for a healthier and more filling pasta. You can have the pasta with out meat and still have a protein packed meal.

I feel good about eating this pasta. Gluten free and high protein! The fusilli cooked up just like regular pasta and has the same tender texture. Very good. Is it really made in Italy?
