This was done in three days. I used this right up for my vegan meals. It went well with a variety of sauces and vegetables. So tasty. I glad this brand started making pasta.

I use this pasta to make a vegetable and pesto pasta salad. It tasted great and had great texture. I love how much fiber and protein is in the pasta. Would definitely buy again.

No weird taste or texture! This is a great product and I'll likely buy it again. I made mine into Taco pasta and couldn't tell any difference in the noodles from regular.
