I really enjoyed the fusilli, used it in my stroganoff recipe. Texture and taste were delicious and tasted just as good as regular pasta. Knowing it is healthier with adding more protein and fiber to my diet was a bonus.

The pasta tastes like most other premium pastas. The texture was good and despite being higher in protein content there isn't a discernible aftertaste or change in cook/texture.
