This product was very good. The noodles could be used for any type of meal you want to create. You could eat them cold in a salad or you could eat them hot in a hot casserole or a spaghetti dish.

I've tried lots of pasta with more protein (chickpea, brown rice, etc.) but this had the texture and flavor of traditional pasta but with more protein. Really good!

This pasta was awesome sauce! It just tasted like regular pasta and didn't notice any beans. Pasta made with beans tends to have a weird texture, but that wasn't the case with this.
