I was pleasantly surprised that the taste and texture is just like my favorite wheat pasta! The amount of protein is the same as chick pea pasta, but this is much better!! I will definitely buy again!

This pasta has great authentic texture and flavor. I was very happy with how it turned out in my family kitchen. We are Italian and are happy to find authentic ingredients that are also more healthy.

This is comparable to my normal pasta. Same amount of fiber, a bit more sodium and protein, and a bit less sugar. Which I'd buy would really depend on price and what shapes are available.

I love Brami pasta. The fusilli tastes delicious with red or white sauce. I love how nutrition packed it is. It takes a bit longer to cook but has great amount of protein and less carb than traditional pasta. love it
