I made this pasta al dente, just as the box recommended and it was amazing. Just the right amount of bite and it held the red sauce well. My kids liked the flavor and texture and I was happy to have that extra protein for my high school athletes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] im very used to a grainy or non-chewy protein pasta texture. This one was not grainy which I really liked and had a great chew. It held its form pretty well too.

It was great tasting and perfect substitute. I couldn't tell the difference between the original pastas vs this one. I would love to eat this instead of other pastas out there.

I've tried a lot of different pastas with added protein from beans and this has been one of the best. Tastes like regular pasta without that gummy/chewier texture that some of the other brands have. My family really enjoyed it too. I'd buy again.
