This pasta is fantastic, it is made with simple ingredients, it is high in protein and fiber, it holds its shape while cooking, it tastes great and it doesn't spike your blood sugar. Even reheated on the next day it still tastes fantastic. We love it.

But wow, the Brami is fantastic! The taste is as we expect pasta to taste (yet in high protein usually doesn't, bitter or off) and the texture is perfect, never getting too soft yet also not too firm. My whole family loves it.

I really like how simple this pasta is to use while still having extra protein. The only thing is that it gets really foamy while it's boiling, but you just have to keep an eye on it and stir. Super convenient replacement to get in a bit more protein.

BRAMI's Italian Protein Pasta is great, i love it! With its authentic Italian flavor and impressive protein content, it became current in my kitchen. Delicious, nutritious, and satisfying – what more could you ask for? Highly recommend! So i just hope it is as natural and healthy as they tell.

I liked this pasta for its additional protein from lupini beans. I have two growing boys so being able to add some protein to their meals is wonderful. It tasted like pasta and my kids didn't know the difference. It cooked up like regular pasta and will be swapping out normal pasta to get more protein in for my kids.

I didn't think it would taste good because I knew it's a healthier option but we loved it!

It cooked just right - had a great texture and flavor - and was great with sauce and vegan meatballs - love the high protein and good source of fiber. If i'm doing pasta it will be something nutrient dense like this.

I am thrilled to find a high protein lower carb authentic product made in Italy with Italian Wheat. The taste is wonderful, rich, and nutty and I love how these noodles stay firm and flavorful rather than getting mushy and tasteless. I have used this wonderful brand so far as a hot dish with marinara, cold pasta salad, and traditionally as 'poor mans' spaghetti with butter and breadcrumbs (always a favorite since I was a child), and with all the versatile shapes I am going to have to try them in a homemade mac and cheese as well as in my many soup recipes. These do remind me of growing up in my Italian family. I will never, repeat never, use any other brand!
