Sometimes with the added protein it gets grey and I can't stand it but this brand was per good. I don't know if I would completely replace my other pasta but I would switch it up occasionally and use it especially with my grandkids.

BRAMI Italian Protein Pasta is a high-protein, high-fiber pasta that is made with high-quality ingredients made in Italy. It lended very well to a pasta dish I made with roasted tomatoes, feta, and chicken sausage; it was hearty, filling, and delicious. I appreciate this new era of Italian food!

I had the opportunity to try the fusilli Italian protein pasta by Brami and it was very good! I like the fact that it has a high protein content and it doesn't affect the taste negatively. At my household we usually eat pasta 1-2 times a week and the family was satisfied with this brand and product. We will definitely buy it again the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to find in the grocery store, and the style options were great. Overall, it cooked like regular pasta and tasted better than typical protein pastas. However, it gets a slimy texture after it cools off that is very unappetizing.

So I will say that I am yet to have a protein pasta that doesn't have the weird starchy texture. However, this one is much better than the others I have tried! I LOVE that it has no additives. It speaks true to it's advertising with 12 g protein, lots of fiber with no added sugar or saturated fat. It is also low on sodium and calories, so for the trade off, I would say it's worth it.

I have tried some high protein pastas in the past and been deeply disappointed by the taste and texture. I was anticipating the same result with this. WRONG! This tasted no different than the standard tasty but high glycemic index pastas. My husband who is very particular could not taste the difference. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I tried this pasta with a simple dressing of butter and sage, and with homemade marinara sauce, good with both. I cooked it a little less than recommended and it was perfectly "al dente"; the second time I distractedly let it cook a couple more minutes and it was quickly overdone, The additional amount of protein did not, in my view, make this pasta any different from other good brand pasta, but the extra protein is certainly something to keep in mind.....

They plan on using for a long time work for everyone of my family with their allergies Taste preferences, health concerns, including things inside the pasta should be added in things we shouldn't have in the pasta.
