It didnt turn mushy and held its shape which was a concern for me. It was very filling and I didnt feel the need to eat a normal portion, a small bowl was fine and left me satisfied. The flavor was fine, nothing different from the norm which was another concern.

Its taste and texture are similar to typical supermarket pasta, unlike some others made entirely from, say, chickpeas or soy beans. This is tasty freshly cooked and reheated as leftovers. My first thought on a protein pasta was "gritty and chewy", but I was very wrong when it came to Brami. This pasta was excellent in a cold tuna pasta salad. It had the right amount of chew, the flavor was great, and honestly I couldnt tell the difference between regular pasta and this pasta in terms of texture or flavor. This gives me a great alternative to just a carb type pasta, as this has added protein in it. Consider me sold, I'll be buying more of this.
