I was prepared for compromise when I first tried Brami's High Protein Pasta, but it completely shattered my expectations. This pasta cooks up beautifully, maintaining a perfect, satisfyingly al dente bite right up until the last forkful. The true highlight is the taste, or lack thereof: there is zero trace of a bean- or lentil-heavy flavor. It is impressively neutral, allowing it to seamlessly pair with any sauce—from a simple butter and parmesan to a rich ragu. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pasta was pretty good, the best thing was that it was very high in protein so I could make the pasta without meat. It was easy to cook to al dente and tasted pretty good. The package is a great value.

This is the best tasting higher protein/fiber pasta I've tasted. Unlike other pasta the texture is not gritty. It does have a slightly different taste than regular pasta but not bad. I also like that isn't not too processed like other. A little more pricey but you are paying for a good and healthy product which I don't mind.

This is my new favorite pasta! It's classic Italian pasta made from Italian wheat, but it has the added benefit of fiber and protein from beans. I've tried other pasta alternatives before but they just don't hold up well in water or liquids. You won't sacrifice any of the classic pasta taste or texture with this product, however, because there are no substitutes. It has simple ingredients. No artificial junk. It just has the added benefit of natural, plant-based protein and fiber, which I absolutely adore. I think it is better for blood sugar levels, too.
