Going in with low expectations, I didn't anticipate how closely it would resemble regular pasta in both texture and taste. The noodles hold their shape exceptionally well and avoid the mushy consistency that many high-protein or alternative pastas tend to have. Not only does it deliver on consistency, but it also offers a satisfying flavor, making it a solid option for anyone who wants to increase their protein intake without sacrificing the enjoyment of a traditional pasta dish. BRAMI Protein Pasta has definitely earned a spot in my rotation for healthy, protein-packed meals.

You muat try this pasta! It's so good, you won't believe it! I purchased at Sam's and it's the rotini- I haven't tried any other pastas yet. I cannot have pasta in my house, because I cannot control myself around it, even on a GLP-1. This pasta is delicious and allows me to have pasta in my diet again, because I do not have a sugar and subsequent insulin spike. I'm not having seconds and thirds, because it's high in fiber and protein not sugar, thus no more cravings for more. I've made it with red sauce and meatballs, but also added it to my dense bean salad and my tuna salad. It's a game changer. Again, this is the rotini I'm speaking about. I can't assess any other types yet. Oh, it takes a little longer when boiling to cook.

It tastes delicious and I love that it has more protein than an average pasta so I don't feel guilty about eating it. It has a texture just like the “normal” pasta and my kids had no idea it was any different!

It's literally just durum wheat and lupini beans. No weird gums, fillers, or protein isolates. It's a clean, simple swap that easily helps hit daily protein goals without having to drink another protein shake.
