In the water, it's soaked up the salt like other pastas, and it also retained sauce well. I would certainly get this brand again. It is great to have a healthy Option that tastes just as good as the others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to go with the fusilli style in the Brami. I love pasta salads and I always use different shapes and brands. The Brami is a wheat pasta and has 21g of protein. I thought this pasta tasted really good in my pasta salad and the firmness of the fusilli was a plus for me. I will be using this product at my next engagement as I like to try products out first before serving to my guest. I would recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pasta itself really isn't bad but I feel that protein pasta changes the flavor profile of the sauce added to it almost muting the richness of it. Maybe it depends on the type of sauce but I haven't gotten it to taste right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With it being a "protein pasta" I was expecting something of a 'weird' flavor that you usually get with 'added protein' snacks, but that wasn't really present here. It tasted pretty much just like regular pasta which was great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most high protein and fiber pasta alternatives have a strong whole wheat taste and bite to the pasta. This pasta was much closer to the consistency of a plain white pasta with a little more oomph to it. I appreciated that I could get away from the whole wheat taste while still getting the fiber.

I'm trying to reduce my carb intake and up my fiber and protein intake, but I LOVE pasta. I served with red sauce and thought this was great - the texture was on point and did not get gummy like I have experienced with some other protein pastas. The taste was great and was such a close sub to regular pasta.

I really enjoyed the simple ingredients in the Brami fusilli. The extra protein is an amazing was to incorporate beans and boost protein for picky eaters. I made macaroni and cheese and everyone loved it. I purchased this box of Brami at a discount for my honest opinion. I am a major fan of the simple and quality ingredients.

We like to buy protein pasta for our diet but also for our toddler to increase her protein intake. Usually we have to settle for chickpea pasta, which is not terrible, but it does have a different taste. Love that this has extra protein and doesn't sacrifice the taste at all! Toddler and mom approved!

I enjoyed this pasta. It didn't taste like cardboard, which is great. We had it with pesto and salmon. The kids loved it too. I like the fun shape of the fusilli, but would like to try the others one day. Our store didn't have other shapes, but I will be looking for it.
