So far, I tried it in a kale caesar pasta salad and it worked perfectly. The noodles were pleasantly toothsome and chewy and the fusilli shape grabbed the sauce well and didn't fall apart when mixed. I'm excited to try more with a red sauce or pesto next.

I picked up the Brami pasta at my local supermarket. The next evening I made a simple pasta with bolognese sauce . The pasta was light had a good taste not chalky. I highly recommend picking up Brain pasta. The price is not bad for a better made clean ingredient wheat pasta.

I have nothing negative to say about this pasta. It tasted like a “normal” version and took on sauce perfectly. Some brands out there offer similar benefits but the taste and/or texture is affected. I loved this and will buy again-especially for the price!

We tried the Brami Fusilli pasta. I have to say I am a little bit of a pasta snob and have very picky taste when it comes to pasta, as my family is from Italy. I tend to stay away from store bought pasta, and rather make it myself due to the taste, texture, and weird chemicals they put in store bought. So, I was very happy to have tried this. Fresh, wheat, lite, and I did not feel so full after eating this.

I cooked the pasta al dente like it suggested and it really helped in digestion and kept it shape better. Very tasty. Held together better than other pastas spaghetti sauce adhered to the pasta evenly. This also worked as well using th In pasta salad. I liked how the pasta was cut. It felt very satisfying to eat and was easy on my stomach.

It has a good texture without the gimmick upcharge of some of the other high protein pastas. It cooks in more or less the same amount of time as normal pasta and it doesn't break apart and keeps its shape.

Made with only simple ingredients, wheat and lupini bean(giving the protein boost) it was very good! I cooked this to the box's instructions and it came out perfect, and its composition and texture held well. Would get again. The bright packaging was also liked!

I just love Brami pasta! It is so filling and great tasting. I like that it is priced well. Lower gluten is a plus as it makes it easier on my stomach. This time I tried the fusilli and added chicken and peas - it made a full fledged dinner and we all loved it!
