Unfortunately, my toddler knew right away that this wasn't his normal pasta and refuses to eat it. It's not bad --- it's just different than conventional wheat pasta.

I cooked them for the recommended amount of time and they came out great. Held up well under my bolognese sauce. The pasta was a bit “meatier” or heartier than regular pasta. Updated: reheats well!

On its own, the taste might be a bit different, but with sauce, it's perfect. What I really like is that it's high in protein.that's very important to me, and this pasta definitely meets that.

I made the pasta with tomato sauce and it was just the way I expected it to me. The pasta was not gritty or sticky but just firm and soft like I want it to me. The taste is good but it was covered in sauce so I didn't taste the pasta on it's own. This brand is good and I would purchase it again when I need pasta next time.

used these in a beef stew with veggies and noddles type dinner. Cooked noodles to al dente and everything tasted great. Had enough for a couple meals of leftovers and the pasta didn't disentegrate in the stew! I love that the ingredients don't have the nasty sprayed pesticides that american wheat has. Really good pasta.

I enjoyed the high protein content thanks to the lupini beans and was able to create an easy, protein-rich meal for my toddler and myself (vegetarian). Grateful for this option and I would recommend, as it's better nutritionally and delicious!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the better “alternative” pastas I've tried. The texture is pretty good and similar to traditional semolina pasta but there is definitely a slight bean taste to it, which I don't mind but could be off putting to some.

Good flavor that works with different sauces/ingredients and has a good al dente texture without being too dense or gummy. I appreciate the added protein and high quality ingredients.

I really liked Brami fusilli protein pasta. It was really delicious with meatballs and spaghetti sauce . I liked the texture and shape. I also loved that it is italian wheat. Definitely recommend to try if you really love pasta. Will purchase again. Thank you!
