[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this protein pasta. Wasn't overly chewy and was nice and filling. I used a pesto to coat the fusilli, and the meal turned out very nicely. The cooked pasta also wasn't too dense, which is an issue I've run into in the past. I plan on using this with a more traditional red sauce next time, and my partner will be trying a pasta salad.

These noodles are definitely yummy, they're relatively healthy and they cook up quickly. The only downside I can tell is that they are really soft after you cook them. I prefer Al dente style and even though I cooked it the minimum recommended amount of time and tasted them along the way, they were a bit mushy.

I really like how simple this pasta is to use while still having extra protein. The only thing is that it gets really foamy while it's boiling, but you just have to keep an eye on it and stir. Super convenient replacement to get in a bit more protein.

I was skeptical at first because I have not really liked any wholewheat/chickpea pasta in the market. But this pasta was actually really food. What I do notice with this brand is because it still produces thick ‘pasta water', which is another thing that is essential when I cook my pasta. Taste-wise, when cooked aldente, it is not quite as chewy as regular pasta, but still has a pleasant bite and a nuttiness to it. But for me, most importantly is that my son loves it aka can't really tell the difference with our regular brand that we get (rummo) and that's all it matters. Lol.

I am not a huge fan of pasta but when I am craving pasta I look for healthier alternatives because it it usually very carb-heavy and usually does not have much protein. This pasta is a great alternative to the typical brands I buy! It is loaded with protein so I can still have a balanced meal and I was happily surprised to see that this pasta is actually pretty cheap in comparison to other "healthy" brands.

I made this for my baby and he loved it! Very soft and a healthy option that I can feel good giving my baby. I honestly wouldn't even be able to tell the difference between this pasta and a normal one which makes me feel better about the healthier choice.
