I use it to make cold salads, spaghetti, use it in soups.....it's endless! And the best part is I'm getting more protein in the process!!! Love it!!

Brami pasta is quickly going to become a staple in my kitchen. As someone who loves pasta, but struggles to incorporate enough protein into my diet, this pasta is a game changer! To me, it tastes and feels close enough to traditional pasta. It has a firm, yet tender texture that would hold up beautifully in any dish. The standout feature is the 21 grams of protein per serving, making it an excellent choice to boost protein intake. I love that it is made with clean and simple ingredients making it a healthier choice compared to some conventional pasta brands. Also it is made in Italy(!!!), ensuring an authentic taste and texture and benefits in the country 's rich culinary heritage and expertise in pasta making. Also, Italian wheat is better quality. I will definitely be getting this brand and pasta more!

Sometimes, these flour alternative pastas can have a strange texture but this one was fairly on pointe. I'm not sure if I would necessarily opt for this over a flour based pasta, but if I was in search of a protein dense pasta option, I would go for this again.

This pasta is delicious! I especially love that it is high in protein. I made a pasta with meat, veggies, and light creamy sauce. Everyone loved it! I have been on the hunt for a high protein pasta option other than the chickpea pasta, and this was a great find.

I give it only 4 stars because there was a slight aftertaste I didn't care for, and I have had better protein/fiber forward pastas than this brand.

This pasta was much closer to the consistency of a plain white pasta with a little more oomph to it. I appreciated that I could get away from the whole wheat taste while still getting the fiber.
