I love pasta, and I love to make vegetarian pasta meals. This pasta tastes great, had the perfect texture, and gives you a big boost of protein. I have so many ideas to use this, in pasta salads, in baked pasta dishes, in my veggie heavy sauce. The family loved it, its a keeper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't notice a difference at all. The words "premium," "select" are thrown around, but it's just the same pasta you've always had. The size of the twists are large, though, and they swell nicely to be quite chunky. Only thing I did notice is that it absorbs more water and salt in the cooking to give it that size.

I tried the Fusilli pasta. I liked the texture and the fact that it did not get sticky. Simple ingredients with no chemicals, artificial flavors or preservatives. Taste was a bit different from regular pasta but it was good. Getting added protein and fiber into your diet is a bonus.

The Brami pasta is a no guilt pasta for my family. The added protein makes it easier to make a simple meal without having to add a meat. Our family loves pasta but I like this rich, hearty brand over less nutritious brands. The flavor and texture are A+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this spaghetti to give a try , but i did not like them very much . I do not know if it was a mistake of mine , but they did not cook properly and even looked overcooked . I did the follow directions from the box though

I like how this pasta has the added protein! It tastes great and the texture is comparable to other pastas on the market! One thing I didn't like about it was the price. If there wasn't an offer on it, I probably wouldn't buy it since it was a bit expensive.

Ive used it in casseroles and also woth just butter and cheese( because kids) and both were delicious. My kids couldn't even tell the different between this and traditional pasta, which they typically can. Such an easy way to keep my family full and healthy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didnt know what to expect from protein pasta as ive never tried it, and a lot of things like that usually taste odd, but im very happy with this pasta! To me it tasted just like regular pasta, except it seems like it has better integrity! I didnt have any mushy pieces of pasta like I usually get with regular pasta. I really enjoy the more "fun" shaped pastas, but most of the time it kind of falls apart. Brami pasta held its shape, cooked exactly how I hope to get my pasta, and picked up the pasta sauce very well! I do also like that added benefit of the extra protein as well! I look forward to buying this brand again!

I thought the taste and texture of this product was excellent. It cooks up al dente easily and pretty much in the same time as other pasta. It holds the sauce well and tastes great. I wish it was more readily available and not so expensive.
