This pasta is a powerhouse of protein especially for people like me who desire to have more protein in everything. I loved it both with a sauce as a pasta main dish and as a pasta salad. The texture and the structure of the pasta maintained itself and it didn't fall apart as most of the protein-laden pastas do. The taste is also good as well.

The Italian Protein Pasta by BRAMI was really easy to find on the shelf! The design of the box is very wise. I've had a lot of different protein pastas that add the protein in a variety of ways. I was a little wary of this having beans, but you really couldn't taste them at all, unlike other brands. The pasta cooked up perfectly, held up well to toppings and sauces, and tasted fantastic! I am really very impressed

So far, I tried it in a kale caesar pasta salad and it worked perfectly. The noodles were pleasantly toothsome and chewy and the fusilli shape grabbed the sauce well and didn't fall apart when mixed. I'm excited to try more with a red sauce or pesto next.

Protein pasta is a great option to balance out the macros and Brami tastes great. The whole point for me is that it doesn't taste like protein pasta, so Brami does a great job with that. The texture and flavor is all the same as “normal” pasta. I've tried a lot of different brands of protein pasta and will definitely be adding this one to my rotation.

We are Italian and my parents love pasta it was a staple In our home growing up because it could feed everyone for not to expensive. Brami Pasta is made with gently milled durum wheat and lupini superbeans resulting in more protein, more fiber, and fewer carbs than your average wheat pasta. Great for pasta casseroles!

First I have to say that I love pasta! So I was so excited to try Brami pasta!! I love that the pasta didn't fall apart and it's full of protein and fiber. I also love that they use Italian wheat which makes the pasta taste so much better. Totally recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprisingly good! Made from lupini beans, it's high in protein and has a nice firm bite. The flavor's a little earthy, but it works well with sauce. Not exactly like regular pasta, but a solid healthy swap—especially for plant-based eaters.
