I tried Brami's Italian Protein Pasta and loved it. There was great pasta flavor without a protein taste.which surprised me. It cooked in 9-10 minutes and went well with the shrimp and veggies I paired it with. The pasta also had great texture. I will definitely buy it again!

I bought this pasta since I like to try and get added nutrients into my kids diets when possible. They currently don't like beans so the idea of getting some bean protein in their diet sounded great. They were hesitant but, like me, thought the pasta was great and had no word taste or texture. I prepared it with some marinara. We all loved it and would get it again.

Ended up making a mushroom bolognese using fusilli and it was incredible. The pasta tasted amazing! Love that the pasta is two simple ingredients and it is high in fiber, has no added sugars and has an additional punch with Lupini beans to give the additional protein. The pasta is completely different compared to other bean based pastas. It cooks at the same time as a normal pasta and taste the same. The other big difference is when you look at the water, it is very similar to pasta water. When I have cooked with bean based pastas, the problem has been it takes a long time to cook and the water seems to have a higher starch content with the color of the bean running into the water. Brami is a game changer!

Wow I was so shocked and surprised. 2 simple ingredients, but healthier than normal pasta - made with beans so muc more fiber and protein. And most importantly, it tastes great, and you honestly can't tell the difference - and I feel good eating it too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] typical taste which is good and the high protein amount is excellence, but if its not organic then its possible to have elevated glyphosate levels. You can get organic pasta from Italy all day long at comparable or cheaper prices.

I cooked them for the recommended amount of time and they came out great. Held up well under my bolognese sauce. The pasta was a bit “meatier” or heartier than regular pasta. Updated: reheats well!

The Brami Fusilli was a nice alternative for a pasta salad. We like to disguise the slight difference in taste (when using high protein products), by using the pasta in salads. With dressing and fresh vegetables, this makes a great tasting, healthy side dish or main dish.
