I ordered a King matteress first from purple. I received the mattress quickly and was impressed with the packaging. I discovered the measurements were the opposite of what I understood. I wanted longer not wider. I should have gotten the Cal King Nevertheless Instantly I was in love, with the mattress. Me and my partner slept amazing that night. My partner called purple the next day and told them we wanted a Cal King instead and wondered what we could do about that. We were both surprised to find out that they would send us the Cal King immediately. We were so impressed we bought some purple bed sheets and a pillow. The sheets are great! The pillow was a disappointment. Heavy but I liked that, but the size was off, the fluffy softness was off, you could feel the zipper under you head. Probably the worst pillow I've used, in fact I didn't use it more than a few minutes. I used my other pillow. Thank you Purple I've recommended you to my friends!

So my husband convinced me to try this mattress I was skeptical because we have spent alot of money on various mattresses thru the years pillow top, tempura pedic and etc. But we ordered and have had several weeks and my first impression was that it was not a bed I got into and said awe this feels heavenly! But felt a little firm but I must say I have slept like a baby and my husband's constant back aches are so much better! I think everyone should give it a try! I'm really impressed and it take alot to impress me!! Thank u so much! I need my beauty sleep!!

i needed to replace my current mattress since it wasn't really doing much for me anymore. The first few nights were rough. I was giving it a chance since it was firm, and thought I could benefit from it. Plus I am cheap and don't want to spend a lot of money for a mattress. Needless to say, after a week, I decided it wasn't for me. Whether or not I'm going to get a refund for it is the question since I have to take time out of my busy work schedule to contact a local non-profit organization to either come pick it up, or find someone with a truck to take it something to write it off as a donation. I honestly don't think I would recommend this company to anyone regardless. Do your research before settling on a mattress. I honestly should of done better myself, but when you are in dire need of a mattress and don't want to spend a lot of time researching and fed up with your current mattress -- it will do it to you.

I had a very hard time finding any reviews from very heavy People and the reason I decided to even post this. I'm 450# and the wife 180#. Interesting 1st night, kept waking up to see if the queen was comfortable. Now after 3 weeks or so, my wife loves it and I am really enjoying it too. I was real worried the bed wouldn't work. Worried that the bet would compress when I put my hand down to move, worried i'd fall off the edge, worried about most other things a extremely heavy person would be worried about. Well, I'm a side sleeper and I fall asleep very quick and don't wake up until it's time to make that short trip to 'jon' the back to sleep. Very pleased with sitting on the edge, yes there is the expected depression but not bad at all. Pushing on the mattress to move, again very acceptable and better than expected. I don't care about breaking or not breaking eggs, I do care about the wife and I getting a good night's sleep the Purple takes care of that very nicely. Glad I bought it and would buy again. Oh BTW neither of us bother the other when getting up or back in bed. When I'm in bed there is little no shuffling to get to a comfortable position. I'm down and fast asleep literally in a few seconds.

In the beginning I wasn't impressed, The bed is hard and it was a different feel then I was use to. A month after I love the bed, I get some of the sleep I've ever had now and I never wake up with aches or kinks in my body. Thanks Purple, Well worth it.

My husband and I ordered the purple and have been sleeping on it for about 4 weeks now. I have to say, my husband got used to it right away. It took me a while to fall in love but I mostly blame that on my baby bump. If there's any other pregnant woman that knows the magic trick to sleeping well, hook me up! Although it took me a little longer to get used to than my husband, I have found that I do feel more rested in the mornings, less back ache, and I actually WANT to lay down on my bed. So I give purple a 5 star rating just because I know its a great bed, despite sleeping on a basketball of a tummy. And the king size will be a huge plus once baby gets here! Thanks purple!

Good in the beginning but it didn't last The mattress has collapsed whet we lay it's like sleeping in a deep dip, or valley it on both sides where my wife and I lay. And now after 2 years we're once again in the market for a new mattress. Very disappointed it didn't last. The center of the bed is perky and fine.

I have had the Purple bed now for a little over a month and love it! It is so comfortable, i want to lay in bed all day! I find that I get a wonderful nights sleep, I wake up well rested and don't toss and turn like I did in my old mattress. Not to mention no more spring poking me in the rib! When I first got my purple I had it on my box spring until I got the platform base. It works well on the box but even better on the base. I would recommend the bed and the base to anyone! Even my 85 year old grandma likes my bed!

My partner prefers a firm supportive bed and I prefer a soft and cushy one. This seems like the best of both worlds at first, but for me was not quite doing it. I felt like I could feel all of the individual squares in the mattress. For both of us, it was getting really warm in the evenings and didn't feel like the mattress was breathing. We did end up getting a pillow topper to avoid returning it, and it seems to have fixed most of our complaints! I would, at very minimum, try to test one out prior to buying (and by test, not just lay on one but actually sleep)

I'm not like most girls (cue the awkward brushing of hair behind the ears)....actually I'm as basic as they come. I like my mattress to be both firm but still have some give to form to me once I lay down. This mattress does just that. It's the perfect balance and actually helps my back from aching like old Rose in Titanic when I wake up. I love it!
