after only about 15 days i was bottoming out into the yard foam. 30 days in there was a big dip in the mattress. my back, hip and neck hurt every morning. i really wanted to like it but i don't feel like the polymer is doing anything. i just sink right through it. it seems pointless.

We are quite pleased with our new mattress so far. We have only been sleepng on it for a little over a week as this was for our new home and waited till we could set it up there. There was no adjusting time, we have slept great from the first night. I would recommend this to others. It was a litle odd ordering a mattress on line. but we have no regrets. Also, we like the unique advertising you do.

I have had years of back problems. I have been sleeping on my Purple mattress for 2 months and my back has finally become pain free. With the addition of a Purple pillow - no more neck pain! I am, however, still having intermittent hip pain which i hope will disappear also.

My fiancé and I originally purchased the Purple Hybrid, but found it to be a little too firm for our thinner body weight, so we exchanged it for the Purple Mattress and love it. It still gives us the cooler temperature we want when sleeping and conforms more to our bodies with not being as firm as the Purple Hybrid. I tend to switch between all positions throughout the night and it's not as comfortable sleeping on my stomach because it isn't quite soft enough for my old knees and starts to bother them, and my fiancé is mostly a side sleeper, so we find the Purple Mattress to be great for both back and side sleeping.

There are few things in the world I hate more than mattress shopping. When the time came for my wife and I to look for a new mattress, I was filled with dread. Traditional mattress stores are shadier than beach umbrella, so we decided to try the plethora of online options. I'm happy to say that the return policies of online mattress stores are pretty good. Purple was actually our third attempt - but we needed to look no further! I love this mattress. It's advertising is cheeky - but accurate! It really is the best mattress I have ever had! I recommend anyone looking for a mattress avoid our mistakes and start with Purple!

i purchased the 999.00 special, but unfortunately found it was to soft for me in particular. To my surprise the company took care of my concerns. I didn't have to mail the mattress back, thank goodness. They were very nice and did everything and more that was promised. I'm just sad the product wouldn't suit me. Great product, great company.

We got this mattress in our RV that we fulltime in, good thing we have a residential queen. It was a bit heavy for the manufacturer frame but after adding a few braces the mattress is no problem. I was having lots of back issues before and the first night sleeping on it was glorious. The 2nd and 3rd night was still a good nights rest even with our two-year-old in bed kicking around all night. I have also not complained about my back aching or hurting in the mornings or throughout the day. The biggest con to the mattress is that all day long you'll be thinking about just laying down in your bed. Which I did on a Saturday just bc it was so comfy and inviting. I have recommended this mattress to lots of my military friends and they are slowly making their way over to feel it and see what they think. One of them have already ordered it. Another one of the biggest things I believe helps the bed more comfy are the sheets that I got from purple. I don't think I'll ever use any other sheet again. Though expensive they really make the night. All of our other sheets have turned into ground blankets outside or in the garage already.

Love the mattress but did not like the delivery. It was left at the front office where I live and I'm a senior citizen and had to 'haul' it to my front door. I was notified that the delivery was going to take place, so I stayed home to receive the product...no one showed up at my door. It was just left at the office. No attempt to contact me at my home.

We ordered the Classic originally and it was too firm. Purple exchanged it for the Plus and we paid the difference. The Plus is much better and it is a bit softer but thicker like a normal mattress. Had some issues with the upgrade cost but Purple made it right. We are sleeping great on the Plus now!!

Despite the commercials that suggest a "goldi-locks" sort of zone with the Purple Mattress, my feeling is that it is rather on the "firm" side of mattresses. Add to this that you can feel the intersecting zones of the material laid over the heavy foam through the mattress covering, and it's kind of an odd sensation. It's a good bed. I don't think it's the BEST bed in the world. While I know Purple has a bit of disdain for memory foams, a thin layer over the top of their patented material may help reduce the odd sensation of feeling the small square sectioning of the underlying substrate. I will say that the Purple sheets made of bamboo are outrageously soft and comfortable. They're as stretchy as a rubber band though, which takes some getting used to. The bed, along with the sheets, are very breathable and that really helps with the coolness factor at night in the summer. Overall, the sheets I'll be buying for awhile. If I'd ever buy another Purple mattress, I'm not 100%. It's almost like I can feel the underlying metal frame through all the layers of material and the mattress itself is a little firmer than I'd like. That said, I do believe this tank of a bed will last basically forever.
