My wife is mostly bedridden, using a fully electric hospital bed. Finding the right mattress has been a struggle for years now. We were turned on to the purple mattress by JerryRigEverything. On his endorsement, we decided to give it a try. We've had it for a month now and my wife is very happy with it. Had a small issue with the sheets with came with it, and the customer service response was prompt and generous.

We got the base, sheets, and mattress all together. Since we've purchased the Purple we've noticed that we sleep for a shorter period of time but that we wake up more rested than before and after only one night my wife noticed the tension in her shoulders releasing. The sheets do make the bed warmer and are extremly stretchy and very soft/comfy. I enjoy rolling myself up in them each and every night. I do wish there was less pilling. Almost immediately the sheets had little pills all over them. As for the base, It is extremely easy to set up and you can make quick work of it even by yourself. It's firm and steady. Plus the added hieght makes it great for storing drawers underneath it. We appreciated the hardware for the head board. Our main complaint is how easy the bed slides off of the ends of the base if you don't have a head and foot board attached. The purple hasn't had any issues sliding sideways during our use. All in all though, They're doing a good job. My wife is often asked if she gets commission for all the times she raves about it to friends and coworkers, and we are looking forward to some nice headmattresses. :)

This bed has really helped my back! We had an old memory foam mattress that I think was the cause of my back & neck problems. The purple mattress is bouncy & easy to get out of, it's firm but soft but supports, it's just amazing! I was scared that it was all hype, but it truly is the best mattress! Good mattress = good sleep = happy life!

Wasn't really looking for a Purple mattress or anything specific. I'm a skinny 6'-4" guy who works construction and enjoys his sleep after the kids go to bed. Had a Vera Wang for 10+ years. It was time.... impulse buy based on recommendation for a friend. Easy ordering, easy packaging to unravel, nice bamboo sheets, mattress is great, couldn't be happier with it. Firm but soft enough to keep this aging back from hollering at me in the morning. Thanks Purple.

The platform bed frame is very low quality in comparison to similar bed frames that are much cheaper- and the turn around time for Purple is lack luster at best. Waiting weeks and weeks on end with zero answer as to when it will actually ship because the customer service reps have no idea when it will be manufactured, let alone ship is quite discouraging. When I inquired about returning the bed frame, I was informed I would have to pay return shipping, which is as much- if not more- depending on the service you use. DO NOT BUY THIS BED FRAME. After this unfortunate experience I will have to assume that trying the bed will be just as bad. Thanks but no thanks, Purple; your trial period is utter garbage.

I think what really makes this mattress a one-of-a-kind is the way it feels, how it doesn't loose its shape, the fact that it stays cool, and how it's flexible yet sturdy without being too hard or too soft. It's something you have to experience for yourself and see if it's something for you and yours

It arrived on a Monday and we waited for the base. Once the base was delivered, we unfurled the 110 LB beast. BEST SLEEP I'VE HAD IN YEARS !!! I go to sleep earlier and sleep longer, sometimes 12 hrs! I'm 58 years and work everyday. My aches and pains are lessening with every night.

Amazing bed and amazing pillow from purple have finally led to the sleep of my dreams. No complaints with the quality of their products. However, I wish they didn't use FedEx! For the last 2 years I've had really bad issues with their company and their outdated tracking. With all that said it was still worth the wait . 4 stars but it could have been 5 if a better delivery.

This mattress is strange...heavy...jiggly It's unique just like everyone says. When I first lay on it I thought, "what the heck did I just buy?" The next morning I was a believer. I look forward to bed every night. I feel great in the morning, I'm falling asleep more quickly than ever, and staying asleep. I started using the free purple pillow I got - another strange looking product - because I figured I might as well try. Now all I have to say is I just bought the seat cushion. Thank you Purple for making a weird, wonderful product and marketing it well enough to get my attention.

I purchased the original Purple mattress after staying at a friend's house who had one. This was the best purchase I've probably ever made! I actually look forward to going to sleep now and get much better quality sleep. The mattress stays very cool throughout the night, which is great being in south Texas. Every time I'm around friends now, I tell them them about my new Purple mattress and that they should get one.
