Ever since I got the Purple matress I dont wake up stiff with back pain, this matress have saved my life and body of aches every single morning. I have herniated discs and cervical issues and since sleeping in the Purple matress stiffness, aches and pain is a thing of the past. LOVEIT! and will not chnage for anything in the world. I strongly reccomend Purple matress.

We had a tuft & needle mattress before and the first night we used our purple mattress I knew we made a fantastic choice to switch. I have been an athlete for my whole life so aches and pains are common. Since I started sleeping on the new mattress my back, neck, and shoulders aren't as sore anymore. I can't recommend this mattress enough! Lastly, my buying experience was fantastic. I was going to buy one mattress and I was chatting with a representative about something else and she took the time to ask what kind of sleeper I was and recommended a different (and less expensive, mind you) one to fit my needs. Amazing!

My new purple mattress came with a factory defect; there was a large "divot" or void in the grid (about a foot wide and about three feet long). Customer service requested proof. I sent in a short video clip recorded on my mobile phone. Purple responded in a reasonable period of time with no hassle. I had a replacement mattress seven days after my defective mattress arrived. The mattress itself is good but not great. It is a little firmer than I expected. I am a 6'6" 230 lb athletic build side sleeper; the mattress provides fantastic pressure relief for bony prominences like my elbows, knees and ankles. Pressure relief for the hip is ok, the mattress makes full contact with my side and it's easier to turn over at night than it was on my old sleep number mattress. There is no real movement on my side of the king mattress when my wife gets out of bed; we don't wake each other by getting out of bed anymore. Overall, I would rate the mattress as good, and while it is hard to match the hyperbole of the commercials, I would purchase it again.

I like the mattress and I would purchase it again. Coming from a standard mattress and box springs, I really like not feeling every movement made throughout the night by my husband and cat. It is noticeably cooler and very comfortable. It meets my requirement for a firm mattress without being too firm. I was very pleased at the order/delivery process (specifically at not having to make arrangements for delivery and set-up). The mattress is everything advertised and I am a happy consumer. That said, it's a bed, and I've only been sleeping on it about a month. It hasn't made my world a better place and I'm skeptical of the egg demonstration. But I like enthusiasm, so the ads were okay. Bottom line: If it holds up for the long haul as advertised, I will definitely raise my review to 5 stars.

I bought a single size for my sister who has terminal cancer and is in an adjustable hospital bed. She has lost a lot of weight and her backbone is really exposed. She has had back pain for awhile and I didn't know it was the mattress until recently. The first day on this mattress she was immediately comfortable and kept saying how wonderful it felt. Other family members laid on it too and now they all want one like hers. Her daughter plans to buy a purple mattress soon. A Medical Assistant who came to visit is going to recommend to his hospice facility to look into buying some of these mattresses for cases like my sister. I am so grateful to Purple Mattress for making such a quality product so my sister can spend her remaining time in comfort. Thank You!!

It's been about one month now and I have to say that I am not only satisfied but impressed. In reading reviews and seeing that people were waking up with less pain I was willing to try. Reviews were correct I would wake with joint pain through out body, now I just wake up and ready for the day. Bed is soft and firm at the same time if that's possible. In short from curiosity of the technology and claims to a owner and believer. I think purple has done something wonderful here. If on the fence I would recommend giving it a run, you won't look back. I've had the Original purple mattress for about four months by now and I have to say that it indeed prevents eggs from breaking when you sit on them. This mattress is very different from every mattress I have used before. My purpose of getting the original purple mattress what to get away from the spring mattresses that so commonly collapse, or puncture the top covering after a while. The Original Purple mattress is perfect for this. On the other hand, the original purple mattress seems to be soft when it's warm or when there is relatively low humidity, and as hard as a rock if it's cold or rainy. This is just based on my observations and waking up with shoulder pain on rainy and cold days. Even when I lay down I can tell that its more firm when cold and rainy. This mattress gets it just right when conditions are perfect; and trust me, it is the best mattress I've ever slept on when it is.

I just got the Purple Queen Size Bed Frame and slapped my old mattress on there but it's working great compared to my old box spring. So glad I don't have to hear squeaking and creaking when I'm getting in and out of bed anymore. Very comfortable and help with my back issues. Thank you!

Bought this for my husband who has to sleep separately due to health conditions. He loves the mattress. I laid on it and it is so comfortable. If I did not have a fairly new Tempurpedic, I would buy a Purple. Next mattress. You customer service is awesome and above and beyond! Thank you. Diane L. Paravisini

My husband and I were previously sleeping on a sleep number bed. The bags under our eyes were growing everyday. I ordered the Purple and we have slept soundly every night since it arrived. My husband would literally be daydreaming about sleeping in his Purple at work because he could not wait to get back into it. We loved it so much we bought one for our daughter and 3 of our friends have also purchased a Purple. Thank you for a great product that has improved our lives!
