We've had our purple mattress for four years and thoroughly enjoyed it. However as of late we had some issues with it. Purple customer service was able to provide us with a replacement mattress thanks to their generous 10 year warranty. The process was pretty straightforward and received nothing but excellent support from the entire team at purple. I would definitely recommend a purple mattress to anyone looking for a good night's sleep.

Customer service is generally pretty bad these days however I was very pleasantly surprised how helpful, polite and empowered the person I chatted with was. I was impressed. I received the bed as promised. Great packaging however i wish it was a bit more environment friendly. I'm a side sleeper and with my former mattress, I'd often wake with shoulder pain. Not anymore! Great mattress. I'm a happy Purple customer!

There's a moment, each evening, when I first lay down...and realize, yet again, how comfortable this mattress is. We've had it for months, now, and it *still* hits me, every evening. I think of the Purple mattress as a supportive marshallow: it manages to be soft and cradling and yet also firm. For me, it's a charmed combination. I used to have pain in my hips, where I would feel pressure points, on our old mattress; now, I feel no pressure-- and the pain is gone. Two additional things that I love are a) there is no referred movement: person A can turn over, and person B, on the other side of the mattress, is not disturbed, and b) it sleeps cool. I did a fair bit of research, before I bought this mattress. It sounded like it would be perfect for both our needs, but I didn't want to be proven wrong once I tried it. My husband was sceptical of buying online, but we were won over by the ironclad return policy. The irony is, we certainly won't be needing it...and yet it contributed to our purchase.

I love my purple bed. Ok. So it did take a bit to get used to. It does not feel like your typical plush bed that you might be used to. It's more of a floating feeling. But let me say this. I have NOT ONCE woke up with any hip back or shoulder pain. I didn't think that was possible. On my old matress my entire body hurt every night. There are zero pressure points on my purple matress. It is great. It gets more comfortable every night! If you try this out at a store you might be skeptical simply because it feels so different. When I first laid on it I had wondered if I made a mistake. After the first night I woke up with zero pain and my body didn't feel all crunched up and stiff. I thought maybe it was a fluke. It was not. I used to be very sore when waking in the morning feeling like I needed to move and stretch everything out. But there is some crazy purple magic in this bed. Every part of you is somehow supported. Just give it a chance. It is also super cooling. I mean, it's so cooling it barely leaves a warm spot from where you've been sleeping or lying down. I suppose the heat isn't getting trapped due to the purple grid. For reference, I'm generally a side or stomach sleeper. Sooo comfy. :)

Due to my many many years of gymnastics I have a very large arch and it's always been pretty difficult to find a mattress to fit my back to give it the support it needs. Thanks to purple I no longer wake up with an aching back. Purple is my number one choice in mattresses!

My new mattress was wonderful however, I did have slight difficulty with my platform base. The screws sent along to attach the two main parts didn't fit, so I had to buy screws to work. And it is not as silent as advertised. However, I do love my mattress and will continue to use both for a really long time.

My shoulder starting hurting while using my tempur-pedic. I went to purple and my shoulder pain went away. In fact other little pains went away as well. What is amazing is you forget about the bed until you sleep in another bed. Rule 1: after getting a purple never sleep on another bed. I have ordered my second purple for our cabin to make sure the purple experience is maximized.

I'm convinced that the Purple Mattress is the best on the planet. Most conforming, and supportive at the same time. Also with its design and open polymer structure it isn't hot like all of the memory foams everyone else is trying to "improve" over their competitors. Purple is different and better for the difference!

This bed is incredible. Delivery was fast and easy. I was having issues with my sciatic nerve, which is why I decided to purchase this bed. So happy I did. The first night sleeping on this bed I felt major relief. I was walking with a limp days prior to getting my Purple Mattress. I no longer have this limp. I also purchased the upgraded sheets. These sheets are incredible. Nice and cool & feels incredible to the touch. I will definitely be ordering another set. Honestly I usually don't take the time to do reviews, but I had to for this mattress. I will definitely recommend purchasing a Purple Mattress.

I can't comment on the product yet, and will do as soon as possible, but the process to get your hands on one of these has been terrible for us. Here goes a summary: - After placing our order, we never got a confirmation of when it would ship. - We contacted customer support, worried that it wouldn't arrive when we needed, even when we planned with ample time for delivery. We only got empty apologies citing production delays on their end. - Even after that, we had to keep waiting in the dark. - One day I get a scammy-looking email from a local shipping company, stating they had something for us (no mention of Purple), and that WE should call THEM. - We call them, and they don't answer, EVER. We call their customer support and their reply is: "Oh yes, they almost never answer calls". Very weird stuff. - Turns our it was our purple mattress, after all. All in all, a terrible experience, and still waiting for stuff. All the time the answer from customer support is something like: "Our Pillows are handcrafted and shipped within roughly 2-3 weeks from when your original order was placed. I can assure you that once the Pillow ships out you will be notified via email with tracking details. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. Have a great day!" Still no tracking details, had to go to B,B&B an bought regular pillows.
