We recently replaced a Serta iComfort that lasted only 3 years before feeling like it was sinking, with a Purple and we love it! It definitely feels different than any other bed and for some reason I find myself just wanting to push on it. I guess the feeling is very satisfying. I have scoliosis and neck pain from a past injury. My neck still has issues so I'm sure some of it is pillow related but its not nearly as bad as before and my back and hips no longer hurt in the mornings. We invested in the Purple mattress protector and sheet set as well. I think they all work well together to do the job! Even if the stretchy sheets are a bit weird to get used to lol.

The mattress is unlike any on the market. The feel of the top layer is apparent when first laying on it, but becomes imperceptible quickly. I have been dealing with intense upper back pain for a few years now, and I believe part of the problem was my bed. I can't report that I'm pain free, but it hasn't been so bad that I've been reduced to tears since I got my Purple. I also got the pillow. I love the way the pillow feels under my head, but I couldn't stand the smell. I took it off my bed for a couple weeks, thinking I wouldn't be able to use it for its intended purpose. I decided to try it again (because it really felt nice) and am pleased to report that it no longer smells! My husband and I are the type of couple who cuddle nearly all night. We are able to cuddle comfortably on this mattress, more so than our previous memory foam mattress. We also like that it sleeps a lot cooler than foam. I love the mattress, the service from the company, and the chuckle-worthy correspondence. The ads are pretty great too - this is coming from someone who goes to great lengths to avoid commercials! I've told numerous people how pleased I am with the product and the company. I really appreciate the overall quality of everything!

This mattress can dip at ur pressure point and still support your waist or back curves, it's really impressive, very soft and firm at the same time. I haven't had morning back pain once since I got it! I'm impressed and a believer :) This is an honest review I wasn't sure it was going to accomodate my and my boyfriend's opposite preferences but we both loved it :) u don't sink into it and we're able to use more of the mattress surface because of that, it makes it feel bigger than our previous pillow top queen size :)

My experience using the original purple mattress has been amazing so far! Being a young adult with Chronic Fatigue, POTS, and PTSD sleep issues, I realized how badly I needed the perfect mattress. I've had it for a month now and have been sleeping deeper, longer, and happier than I have in a long time. Something about it relieves the tension throughout my body and helps me calm down as well. Several times I've even walked into my room and my older brother is already in it taking a nap! My whole family have become big fans as well. The texture is very different than I imagined but it really has been perfect for me. I've never been a big back sleeper either but now i really like to sleep in that position as well, which I've heard is the best way for our bodies to sleep. Overall I definitely recommend this mattress for everyone, and especially those with health problems whose bodies really need a break!

We have had our Purple (king size) for just over 2 months now. We used to have back pain and were too sore to move every morning. This bed is amazing. It has made pretty much every pain go away. We never had the "break in" period that other people talk about. Our backs felt better the very first morning we woke up on it (which is good because getting it put together was painful). I also use the cushion on our uncomfortable old kitchen chairs, and it helps a lot.

We have used the same mattress since we were married. Both my wife and I had recently started having problems with a numb feeling in our arms and problems with our lower backs. I was introduced to purple through a youtube video and I researched the Purple Mattress for about a year before I decided to purchase one. When the purple arrived we were skeptical, however as I opened the large purple bag and placed it on the bedframe and when I laid down the feeling that I felt in my back was different than I had ever felt. I honestly called for my wife to come and try it out. We have had such great sleeping experience on the purple. I no longer have the numb sensation in my arms and my lower back feels amazing. I've struggled to find a mattress that does not bother my back. I start on my side but usually sleep on my back. For years I woke up each morning with a lower back ache. I tried several different mattresses which are now exiled to guest rooms - sorry guests. The PURPLE mattress solved any and all back aches. I now awake with no pain and a good night's sleep. Even though I had several friends and family tell me the PURPLE bed is the "bomb", I was doubting. No more. I recommend the bed to anyone. My wife is a side sleeper. In the past she usually awoke several times a night but now she sleeps soundly. Thanks again!

I was under the impression that the purchase I made would of came with the pillows at the time of purchase. It was After I made the purchase to receive the product that I did not receive them upon the purchase. I am on the fence of keeping the mattress. I am talking to another manufacturer right now!

I love my purple mattress, I have had two back surgeries in the past two years and could never get comfortable on a conventional mattress. I don't wake myself up in the night just trying to roll from side to side. I would definitely buy this mattress again.

We have needed a new mattress for a while, but always waited because we weren't sure what to get. We had been looking at purple and had a chance to sleep on one in a vacation rental and we were hooked! We have ours now and it is wonderful! We love it!
