The top layer tech is great but there's not enough foam support beneath, higher density foam is required for my frame size(6'4" 315); I hope your return policy is solid ; we've had for less than a month; also the platform has less support than box springs

I LOVE the purple mattress and powerbase I bought!! The powerbase is completely worth buying for many reasons!! With the powerbase inclining the bed it's like having a very comfy couch as well to law on. Before with my regular mattress I was propping myself up to lean against the wall or putting like 7 pillows under my back to get a decently comfortable propped up position to read in my bed BUT with the people powerbase all that extra work is unnecessary now. I love that all I have to do is press a button and wait a few seconds and my back is in comfort zone heaven!! I bought the regular purple mattress and it feels so soft on the touch and firm support on my pressure points. Ever since I've been sleeping on the purple in zero gravity I've been dreaming way deeper and more often!! I do find it hard to sleep on my sides but I'm finding ways with powerbase to sleep on my sides without as much discomfort as before with my old ways on my old mattress. This mattress and powerbase is truly a gift from God!! Thank you purple for the most amazing bed I've ever slept on!!❤

I have the original purple mattress, and couldn't be happier! I have read other reviews where the people said they needed to get used to the feeling of the mattress, but that was not my case. Mine was love at first night. I am typically a very hot sleeper and the cooling properties of this mattress have helped me beyond expectations. If I was mattress shopping today, I can truthfully say I would pick the same mattress over again, which I think is the highest praise you can give any product you've bought.

Purple has incredible customer service! Also, Purple demonstrates a commitment to bettering the world by donating mattresses to charity if a customer doesn't want the mattress after trying it out. If you deciding whether to try the mattress out or not, do not hesitate! It is completely risk free and most people love it!

I have always suffered from lower back pain from any mattress I have slept on until now! From the very first night I started sleeping on it ( just over 2 weeks ago) to now I have had nothing but peaceful comfortable sleep. I have zero pain in the morning and wake up feeling refreshed no matter what side I decide to sleep on! My husband and I switch sides every now and then just because there isn't a preferred side anymore! This is the beginning of a new long beautiful relationship with sleep anf comfort!

I got the Purple mattress because my sister loves it and my friend loves theirs and I even had her opportunity to sleep as a guest at my friends house and loved it. But when I got my (original) Purple, it just killed my back. I did try a Nectar mattress first and that wasn't good for me because I'm a side sleeper, and I was sure the Purple was going to be the perfect mattress for me, but wanted to try other mattresses first. So with the Nectar I had a year trial, but I only slept on it for a week and went back to the couch. (I don't know why my couch is sooooooo comfortable). So, I got the Purple and I have tried it for a month and I just wake up in so much pain. So I think it's because it doesn't give me enough to sink into in my hip area when I side sleep. I needed up adding a mattress topper and I don't wake up sore anymore. So, now, I like it enough to keep it, but I definately would not have kept it without my additional mattress topper on it.

The Purple isn't as revolutionary and life changing as people claim, but it is pretty comfy and overall seems to be a good mattress. It's definitely been helping a little with my back pain, but I haven't slept on it long enough to fully judge it in that matter. Docking a star because the mattress was just left outside my house without a doorbell ring or knock of any kind. Normally that's not an issue for a package delivery, but this was a LOT of money just sitting outside my house waiting to be stolen so I am a bit touchy about it.

Well, it took me a couple weeks to get used to it, it felt good at first, I guess because it was a big change from my "other" mattress, but now, it feels like I am "used" to it, and I'm right back to the same way it was before I got it.. I hoped it would help me tremendously, but I was wrong, sorry purple. I tried... :)

We were really excited about getting our purple mattress, especially me. We haven't had a new mattress in twelve years. Unfortunately, both my wife and I are experiencing sore backs when we wake up in the morning. It only started occurring after the 100 day guarantee period was over, so now we are stuck hoping the discomfort is temporary. I'm disappointed I don't like it more than I do.

My king size bed had developed a indentation where my shoulders down to my hips lay, this started to give me back aches. I emailed purple and they told me everything I needed to do to document my issue. They decided that I did indeed need a new bed and they got it to me quickly. They also gave the option for free removal of the old mattress. I am very pleased with the service I've received from the purple team. Thank you purple!
