I've owned this bed for 3 years. When I first got the bed I felt like I was floating on the top of the bed. Lately It has started to sag and is causing me back pain. I have sleep apnea and the uneven sagging does not help with my breathing which causes me to wake up in the middle of the night trying to catch my breath. Not happy.

I received my purple mattress and platform just before Christmas. The very next morning I woke up with no aches and pains like I normally do. I have nothing bad to say about this set up. I got one for my 21 year old son also, and he absolutely loves it!! Thank you!

LIKE MATTRESS, DID NOT LIKE SHEET BUT PURCHASED ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND, AND THOUGH WE WERE GETTING TWO PILLOWS. CALLED IN WAITED 20 MIN NO ANSWER AND ASKED TO BE CALLED BACK AND NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. BODY IS ADJUSTING TO BED ONCE PUT ON GOOD SHEET, STARTING TO LIKE, STILL FEEL PILLOWS SHOULD BE SENT TO ME.

Ordering process: It's very convenient to use their payment plan, especially if your credit allows for not additional interest. Having the bed sent to your home and the option of 90 day return is also great. My order however was sub par; So I initially made the order online, but there had seemed to be an issue in their computer system where I received no shipment date email. I called 1 week later to follow-up and they told me that the order was never placed as confirmed. Now I ordered the bed during a move and attempted to time the bed arriving when I did. However, the bed came almost 2 weeks later which required some air mattresses to step in. Bed: Great bed. Coming from hand me down spring beds for as long as I can remember, having a brand new bed was great! I fell in love with it after just 2 days but my girl friend took some time getting used to it. We were on the fence at about day 30 whether we should return it because she continued to have back pain. However, around day 40, she admitted that her pain was almost gone and she had experienced better sleep that past week. Better sleep in that week then the entire year before on a spring. So be prepared for a possible time period to get used to the texture and changing firmness.

The mattress for support is great, the problem is is it's a little too firm. Support wise my joints and back love it. However it's a bit hard and i wake up because my body is in pain. We've almost 3 months now and other than if you sleep for 6+ hours your body hurts, but support is still good.

My Purple mattress marked a before and an after in my sleeping ways. It is the most comfortable thing I have ever laid my body on, and I never want to sleep anywhere other than my own room now that I have this baby. Thank you guys at Purple, you rock!!!

This mattress is great. Does not sleep hot or warm at all. I definitely felt the airflow, gave a lot of back support. It's an overall great mattress. I'm five tall and weigh 105 most days and it just wasn't for me. I'm a combo sleeper and tend to gravitate towards my sides. This bed is supposed to be a medium or so, but for me, it was like an extra firm every where else except for my hips. I'd wake up from naps with a numb arm, hurting shoulders (arms and knees) and just didn't weigh enough to sink into the mattress to benefit from the no pressure point thing. I tried sleeping on my back but it ended up putting pressure on my knees since they sat awkwardly on top of the mattress. Everything ended up being a pressure point. I wish there was a softer bed for me. My partner loved it. He's average size and a stomach sleeper. He's fall asleep before his head hit the pillow.

I own 2 twin size Purple mattresses. I purchased 1 for my dad in 2013 and purchased the 2nd one for myself about 4 to 6 months later. I recently moved and upgraded myself to a queen size bed. I bought a queen mattress with the bed and after sleeping on it very uncomfortably for 1 yr; I contacted Purple in February 2021 and purchased a queen size Purple mattress. I will never purchase a mattress again that isn't a Purple Mattress. I absolutely love the Purple Mattress; I've had 2 back surgeries and this mattress is perfect and there are no annoying pressure points! I am an avid side sleeper; I've slept extremely well since receiving my new Purple Mattress. I would love to try their pillow too but need to save some money first.

When shopping for a new mattress I thought I was going to have to spend at least $5,000. I held my breath and took a chance and ordered a Purple mattress. I could not be more pleased. It is comfortable and I don't have the aches and pains I had with my old mattress. I highly recommend Purple!
