This my second Purple mattress. I love it. Put the first one in my mother's house so I would sleep comfortably when I spend the night.It was delivered in a timely manner. The customer service is outstanding. After 6 years, I had to use the warranty service. They do stand behind their products. They replaced it at no charge.

The Purple bed has changed my way of sleeping. After a few nights of sleep on the Purple, I realized that for my entire life I had tricked myself into believing that a sore back was "normal" after a nights rest. Now, I am waking up feeling energized without the nagging back ache. I absolutely LOVE this mattress and tell anyone and everyone about my new boyfriend, my bed :).

I ordered the King mattress, but through no fault of Purple, the mattress got wet during shipping. We contacted their customer service and they shipped out a new (dry) mattress right away. We appreciated their customer service and once we got the mattress and slept on it we realized the loved the mattress too. i had been waking up with pain in my joints or a limb asleep. Now I'm surprised how quickly and easily I get out of bed, i forgot what it felt like to just jump out of bed until I slept on the purple! I've already recommended Purple to two other coworkers who are looking at replacing their mattress.

We debated the mattress in a box idea for a very long time before finally committing. We were pretty convinced there was no way it could be as comfortable as the reviews and advertisements claimed. After reaching our breaking point with our old mattress and fully doing our research, we chose the Original Purple. Prepared I would likely have to return it during the trial period at some point, I can say we are EXTRA delighted that we have not had one bad night's sleep since we bought it! My husband and I honestly LOVE it and will definitely be keeping it!

My wife sleeps on her side and absolutely loves our purple mattress! I am a back sleeper and it did take me a few nights to get used to the slightly more firm feel of purple. After those first few nights I have also slept very well. This mattress is of good quality and we really like it overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the mattress comes delivered in a sturdy bag with handles. It was easily dragged to my bed and opened. The plastic was very tightly wrapped so I was concerned about cutting the mattress. The mattress is very comfortable and I'm very satisfied. I got the 9.25 inch mattress so I could add my 4 inch gel foam and feather pad on top.

the first few nights were not anywhere near what i was hoping they would be. We looked into returning the mattress immediately. which was unfortunate, because when i layed down, it was comfortable...but when i woke up in the morning i was very sore. i did see reviews and that sometimes it takes a little while, so we are still working with it. it has gotten better...but still not what i was hoping for. i am anxious to see what 30 days in feels like.

It is firm (as many other reviews have stated). While it doesn't sleep hot by any means, it doesn't necessarily sleep cool either. I was a little disappointed because I had hoped it would help with night sweats. But I have experienced reduced back pain since I bought it.

After suffering from lower back pain for several years, we finally decided to try a new mattress. I was skeptical that it would help my back, but since I hadn't slept well in quite awhile, and I didn't care for our mattress, I figured I had nothing to lose. The first night on our Purple mattress was amazing. Despite having a horrible cold and cough, I was still more comfortable and able to sleep better on Purple than I had been able to do before. We have had our mattress for 3 weeks now. Each night brings restful sleep, and each morning I am able to get up without back pain. I'm never going back! Thank you Team Purple!

My wife and I got a king size original mattress. The bed is great and we both agree that we are getting better quality sleep. The only problem we have with the bed is after 2 weeks, we found a divot near one of the corners. The bed sank down about 1-2 inches. Luckily it has not impacted us too much. Hopefully the product holds up for a few years.
