We love the mattress particularly the no hot spot sensation and super even support and the Dogs love it too. But... Don't buy the Purple sheets or pillowcases The sheets don't fit and the pillowcases fit even worse. The Purple sheets are too small to tuck in on the sides, they stretch like elastic but of course wont stay tucked in any better then a rubber band would. The pillow cases on the Purple linen set with the Purple pillows in them are way too big, or the pillows way too small. there must be a one foot tail on the pillowcase with the pillow in it..

I've been in the mattress business for a long time and it cracks me up how often people try to revolutionize the business. In this case, they're offering at what I can tell is a 2 maybe 3 player foam mattress. First, any quality mattress is between 4-6, and second, different sleep patterns need different type/firmness. Please everyone, stop trying to get the"new" thing. If it seems to good to be true, it usually is. Oh, P.S., I love the response to every complaint is get new sheets/pillow??!!?? What?

I found sleeping on the purple mattress that I didn't need a pillow or have a want for it. It took a few a few night for my body to get used to the idea. I also found that my back muscles actually relaxed after the first few nights. I can easily transition sleeping positions. It takes no effort at all to roll over. I haven't tried the raw egg test yet. I believe it will work. I just don't trust the eggs I buy.

The bed is extremely comfortable. All of my shoulder pain has gone away after a few nights of sleeping on the bed! Only criticism I have is that there should be an in between mattress pad or a little more cushion rather than just have the mattress on top of the platform base that purple offers. But other than that, I love my bed and the purple bed sheets!

When sleeping on my side, I feel like I melt into the bed. Unfortunately however, most of my time is spent sleeping on my stomach and this mattress is a bit too soft for that as it hurts my lower back. Additionally, it can get quite warm. Will continue to give it a try and then make final determination prior to my 100 night trial expiration.

I decided to try this mattress because memory foam was no longer comfortable for me. This mattress is the perfect blend of soft and supportive, I also have the pillow. It's great for hot sleepers, it's so cool and just as comfortable on my side and on my stomach. Love this mattress

We purchased the king size Purple and the Purple base, but not before a bit of hesitation, which in hindsight, is almost laughable. As everyone knows, mattresses are an investment. You want the item that you spend roughly a third of your life on to be good for your body, but also good for your pocketbook. As a general rule, you get what you pay for. The exception to that rule is Purple. We decided that even though it was on the more affordable end of the king size bed spectrum, we'd give it a try. I mean, there's a 100 night trial. What's the worst that could happen? We hate it and send it back and get a refund? Sounded like a win to me. We purchased the mattress through Affirm financing which I think is the quickest and easiest way I've ever been financed for anything in my life, and it arrived in about 3 days. After assembling the Purple base, which took maybe 15-20 minutes (this thing holds 1000 lbs??? Really?!), we unwrapped and unrolled the mattress onto it. Sheets went on along with the pillows and the comforter and after that, it was like a race to get to bed to test it out. The first night was...interesting. My body had been so used to sleeping on mid-density memory foam which I simply sunk into, that the Purple felt too hard at first. I woke up the first morning with a sore back. "No," I thought. "This can't be right. This thing was advertised so well! Spoken of so highly!" I reached out to a few friends that I knew had purchased a Purple recently as well for a bit of reassurance that my sweet dreams weren't destined to be a nightmare on my spine. Their advice? It's worth it. Wait it out. Give it a few weeks. I resigned to not feeling totally crestfallen and decided to give it, at minimum, a 60 day trial. It's been three weeks, and I'll admit, my body is still getting used to it. I still wake up in the morning and have to stretch a bit to shake off a touch of soreness, but I've noticed something... I haven't woken up in the middle of the night in three weeks. I haven't struggled to fall asleep or find a comfortable position. I haven't been groggy in the morning. I haven't kicked the covers off in the middle of the night even though the weather has gotten warmer. This mattress is doing exactly what it advertised. It's aligning my spine. It's cradling my pressure points and supporting my lower back, the way my spine is SUPPOSED to curve. It's even making my posture better! So the soreness isn't from the mattress itself! It's from YEARS of sleeping on the wrong mattress and finally getting the RIGHT one. My body just isn't used to it yet! So as the title says. It's worth it. It's worth the money. It's worth the minimal wait. It's worth the slight discomfort for a couple weeks, because in the end, I know it's better for my body in the long run.

I've been looking for "the one" for years. That special pillow that will keep my neck from being stiff and sore in the morning, and won't heat up in the middle of the night. Well the Harmony pillow is it. It's cool to the touch. It's not too firm, but not too plush either. It feels buoyant. As a side sleeper, my head feels like it is floating on air, not stuck on some concrete slab or sinking into quicksand. I'm really impressed, and really thankful that I've finally found "the one!"

I have been on the original Purple for 3 weeks now. It definitely has helped my lower back pain. I still have issues as the day goes on, but I wake up pain free. It provides the proper balance of support. It truly does sleep cooler to neutral temperature.

I have only ever had hand me down second hand beds and this was my first new bed purchase. I can honestly say that I have never slept more peacefully in my life. This is not my last bed purchase because I will be purchasing another if this one ever gives out. Thank you all at purple for creating a truly heavenly bed.
