I would have rated the overall experience with five stars, but the bed frame that I ordered with the mattress took a long time to ship. The mattress shipped within the time frame indicated at the time I ordered. I love the mattress! I have slept comfortably since the first night.

As someone who has slept on a Tempurpedic for the last 7 years I tend to judge other mattress in comparison. I bought this as a second bed for my guest room and have slept in it for the last week. The top layer takes some getting used to but once you do it's totally worth it. I feel as though my back is supported and I have no problem getting comfortable. I'm sure my guests will agree that it's an awesome mattress. I may have a problem getting the MIL to leave!!!

I love it!!! What a game changer! All the pressure points have disappeared, my back actually feels good in the morning when i wake up. It's definitely different than any mattress I've been on. I don't really notice the grid-like pattern when I'm on it which is good. I think it does an awesome job at absorbing pressure and movement. I'm the only one sleeping on it so i cant provide any review if a partner's movement can be noticed or not though. Overall love it a bunch! I would say give it a couple of nights to a week to kind of "break it in" and adjust with it, and then you'll probably never want to sleep on anything else but this mattress

I purchased my purple mattresss, bed base, and sheets. The mattress was delivered a few days before the bed base. Recommend the bed base be delivered first,so buyers can set it up before the mattress arrives. We had to wait several day for the frame to come in before we could break the seal on the mattress. Over all the buying experience was excellent. Thank you.

We have owned our Purple for approx 3 years. My husband and I are both disabled veterans, and I had broke my back in an accident. I couldn't sleep due to the pain and really couldn't find a mattress that would work not to mention the price. Once the Purple arrived and my husband found someone to help unroll it we have never slept so good. Everyone in my family now owns one and I recommend them to everyone I meet who complains about their mattress. Every time my husband and I leave home and have to sleep anywhere else we complain that we wish we could take our Purple with us. Truly the best mattress ever and I will never buy any other. Purple for life!! My husband even said the other day that he wants a Purple in his coffin if he dies. Lol

I've never been one to sleep. In other words I'm a night owl and it often takes me a while to fall asleep. I've also had a lot of back pain in my life (I'm only 25, bummer) and figured I'd give purple a chance since it claimed all sorts of innovative sleep related things! I actually now look forward to going to bed (though I still stay up late) and my tossing and turning as decreased. I'm not sure if it's helped my back but I definitely dont seem to wake up stiff anymore!

I love my purple bed I bought it less than a year ago and have been very impressed. My back pain has almost gone away when I wake up I doesn't take me 5 minutes to get out of bed I wake up feeling rested and comfortable. I would highly recommend this bed. I'm a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his back and he says he has the same results. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because when I bought the bed the king size mattress cover was backordered for months I bought two different expensive mattress covers and both of them made the mattress way too hard and I knew this was going to be the case but I wanted to protect my mattress after a couple of nights sleeping on the other mattress covers I realized the purple one is the only way to go but months later still on back order so my husband is sick of having to sacrifice comfort and takes it off and of course that same day my 2 year old niece spills a cup of red juice all over it I still get sick everytime I see it. If it is that vital to have their mattress cover it should be included with the bed or at least make sure they are available. There is no reason why it should be backordered for months.

We have been sleeping on the purple mattress for several weeks now and I absolutely love it. It is comfortable, cool and easy to turn and roll. We had an air mattress before and it was comfortable when you first got in it but it would sink around your body wait. The purple mattress surprisingly has great support yet is very comfortable. It feels so soft when you first get in the bed and when you lay down you can feel you buttock sink in but then feel support in your lower back. It is amazing how it provides that kind of support and can feel both soft and firm. The technologies is quite amazing. I also bought the Purple Ultimate Seat Cushions and use them both at work and home. I hope they wear well because I am going to want to sleep in this mattress for many years.

So far loving the mattress. Did not like how we were told only after we purchased the mattress that we ought to also buy the sheets, stand and mattress pad cover. Then, the mattress pad cover was out of stock for the unforeseeable future / late spring. Love the ease of order, 100 day guarantee, price and new technology. My back feels better already. Your hold system when calling customer service is strange and frustrating. It says you're on hold for 8 min, then 7, then 5, then 2, then all of sudden goes back up to 5/7/10/15. In total I was only hold 30 min. when I first heard it would be 7. Very strange. Annoying. Love the bed! Improve coming in the front door with service, communication and additional product enhancements needed.

I'm a stomach sleeper but my old mattress prevented me from that position because of back pain caused by a sagging mattress. Purple has let me get back to my favorite sleep position! I've had some of the best sleep in years now! I look forward to the soft but supportive purple design! Very happy.
