So far so good, 30 days great sleep, helps my wife and I with our back, neck, hip and leg pains.For us there was no adjustment time for the mattress. No movement transfer to other side,we are sleeping better, no moving around to get the right sleeping spot, we fall asleep right away, we wake up feeling well rested. You are extremely close. So close. Listen a little longer to customers and let knew ideas in. There probably needs to be a few different options. Purple works for chicken eggs - will it work for turkey or ostridge eggs. People are different so there needs to be different options.

I had a "thick" (18 in) foam mattress. Loved it. Except, when it got heated up just by my sleeping on it. Then, it mostly felt like I was sleeping in a spoon.... with a Bic lighter turned on under it. The foam was just plain hot and like a sink hole. On average, I'd say I was waking up every 3 - 4 hours because of the "confined" feeling and the heat. The purple mattress ..... it's pretty dang sweet. First, There is NO sinking feeling. Second, it 'feels' like something between an ocean wave and an old "box spring" from the 1950's (minus the creaky springs and the unevenness of the springs but it has (what feels like) the 'suggestion' of a spring bed). Third, it is not hot. Fourth, the "sinking feeling" is just gone and this is like floating on the ocean foam that you see right at the beach where the waves dump it. It is 'light' and you have the solid cushiony feeling of the water underneath to support you - except there is no water. Basically, I do not wake up. I am not experiencing that 'sauna' feeling (which is okay ... when you are in a sauna ... but, not okay when you are in bed ... trying to sleep). This is a pretty sweet mattress. I suspect I am going to be a pretty happy camper for quite some time.

The Purple bed is great. My wife and I love it. We can sleep on our side, stomach, and back. It doesn't matter the bed conforms to you. We don't wake each other up in the morning. The bed does sleep cooler than a typical mattress. We use flanel sheets in the winter to help with it. It works well.

If you're wondering what to do, just take the chance the least you could say was; "Tried it" if you don't like it. For me I've had no issues with the bed since I've received it and yes. The first week it took me to get adjusted but after that, smooth sailing and I've not looked back since.

This mattress is unbelievable! We have a king purple plus, and I've never slept better! My husband's restless sleep has greatly improved, and his snoring is almost non existent. I don't wake up with aches and pains anymore, and feel energized in the morning. I was skeptical, I didn't want to spend the money, I'm so happy I did. One of the best purchases I've ever made.

We purchased the Purple hoping it would end our frustration with sleeping - especially the pain I was having -, but alas, it did not. My hubby actually adjusted to it better than I did, and he would have kept it.. We ended up having to put a gel topper on it just so I could get some sleep while we waited for the new mattress to come. That being said, I have to let everyone know that their customer service was awesome!! They didn't give us any issues, they worked with us all the way, and the refund was really fast. Wish the bed would have worked out!! :(

My husband has had bad sleep patterns for over 20 years. He has never been satisfied with a mattress before. We bought an expensive high end mattress and by 6 month he was complaining it was killing him. I bought the purple as a surprise and he is completely thrilled. It has been several months now and his only "complaint" is that he sleeps so well its hard to wake up. Thank you Purple!

So far loving the mattress. Did not like how we were told only after we purchased the mattress that we ought to also buy the sheets, stand and mattress pad cover. Then, the mattress pad cover was out of stock for the unforeseeable future / late spring. Love the ease of order, 100 day guarantee, price and new technology. My back feels better already. Your hold system when calling customer service is strange and frustrating. It says you're on hold for 8 min, then 7, then 5, then 2, then all of sudden goes back up to 5/7/10/15. In total I was only hold 30 min. when I first heard it would be 7. Very strange. Annoying. Love the bed! Improve coming in the front door with service, communication and additional product enhancements needed.

This is seriously the most comfortable mattress I've ever had. I typically would wake up several times in the middle of the night, but not with the Purple. It really is the perfect combination of soft and firm. I always liked a firm mattress for the back support, but the memory foam was so hot and not very comfortable. Soft mattresses would give me back pain. I have no issues anymore with my Purple. I have already ordered the pillows and can't wait for them to be delivered! I will probably be ordering the seat cushion in the near future as well. My only complaint is the shipping times are very long right now. It makes sense with the product being so well-made and demand increasing, but it is so worth the wait.
