I've never owned a new mattress before and was previously sleeping on air mattresses, couches, and cots for almost 10 years. This mattress changed my life, within the first couple of days my back, neck, and shoulder pain was significantly reduced (I also got a set of the harmony pillows and those are awesome too). It is a relatively firm bed but it's exactly what I wanted, I honestly think it's best for back sleepers but I've slept side and stomach before and it's just fine too.

I love this mattress so far, had it about a month and a half or so. I sleep great on it, I wake up feeling rested, even my 2 month old loves it. Literally the only thing I would change if I could go back and do it again is I would order a day later, because I missed getting a free pillow with my order. Seriously though, it's a really good mattress and in 10 years when the warranty is up, I'll be buying another one.

We replaced out pillow-top mattress which was still ok but this is really much better especially for sleeping on side. We purchased the stretchy sheets and my wife likes them. I like the bottom, but the top sheet needs to keep being pulled back up. Not sure how to explain that, but I am hoping she will agree to use a standard top sheet which should not affect how the mattress performs.

I wanted to love this mattress, and I gave it the recommended trial period plus some, but sleeping on it made my sciatica pain SO much worse!! Its WAY TOO SOFT, NOT supportive at all! My husband and I are Healthcare workers, on our feet all day long working through a global pandemic and need a good nights rest, but this mattress has both of us up all night tossing and turning. Unfortunately we purchased it to set up in our new home and COVID delays kept it in the box past the 100 day return trial. I'm sooo disappointed and upset that we can't return it. We threw away a great deal of hard earned money on a mattress that is VERY uncomfortable and made my back pain worse. Might be ok for some but DO NOT recommended if you have any type of back or disc radicular pain.

I do not like writing bad reviews, and I hesitated writing this one. Purple shipped me the wrong mattress. I had to contact the company, no rush was offered me. For the mistake, the agent did offer me a free mattress protector, only after I began to express my discomfort, because of this error from Purple. My mattress was then delivered to my neighbor's house (delivery company issue). The platform did not come with it, I contacted the company and the agent told me that the product was on back order. No one let me know that, I had to sleep with the mattress on the floor, as I had gotten rid of my other bed. Great product, customer service, not as great.

I have had my king size mattress for two years and I am over 300 lbs and my hubby is 200 lbs and it has been the only platform that has not broken because of my weight. and the mattress is so comfortable that I can finally sleep on my back and it not hurt at all. This is the best bed I could have ever bought and the price is great. I would highly recommend this bed to anyone that is over 300 lbs, the platform will never give out and if you ever have any problems with anything you buy from Purple that have a great warranty department and they take care of the problem extremely fast.

I bought the Purple mattress in part because of the reviews I read about how much it had helped with people's back pain. Unfortunately that is not the case with me. I have had the mattress almost a month and my low back pain has never been worse. I am usually a side sleeper but I'm having to force myself to try and sleep on my back to reduce the pain. Needless to say, I'm not getting much sleep at all. I am planning to return the mattress once the mandatory 30 day trial period is up.

My wife and I have been sleeping on a Serta iComfort for about 5 years now - it was "soft" and "Comfy" since day one, but after the first couple years I began waking up with a sore lower back and shoulders. My wife and I decided it was time for a change, and we researched all of the popular mattresses on the market as of now (summer 2019). After the very first night, I no longer wake up sore, and neither of us move around overnight any more! You never realize how bad it was until you try something new - and Purple is truly different!

I love the Purple bed. It was recommended to me by my chiropractor. He and his fellow doctors own them. From the first night, I have slept better than ever. Hot flashes through the night are a thing of the past since this bed only retains your body heat. After sleeping on the Purple bed, I bought my Mom a King. She swears by the bed. She can get up in the morning without pain at the age of 74. Kudos to Purple for their products

Before Christmas my girlfriend had many issues with sleeping. She'd often wake up throughout the night expieriening chronic back pain and pains in her side. Wanting to do something about it I purchased a Purple Mattress from you guys. After a couple nights passed on it she was amazed and sleeping through the night and awaking without pain. I myself love it as well because at night my body always decides to become a furnace and radiate heat. But the Purple amazingly keeps cool and it's wonderful not waking up sweating. Overall I'm so glad I saw the YouTube ad for this mattress and purchased it. Love everynight on it. As a side note I also bought the Purple seat cushion and use it at work everyday. It's also super awesome!
