I bought one of their mattresses 2 years ago, but I broke my back and couldn't sleep in the bed. They took it back and donated it to a women's shelter and refunded 100% of my money no questions asked. I am healed now and have purchased another one from them and it is pure bliss! Great product, great Company and great service! It's nice when it works out!

Best sleep of my life! Not exaggerating. Only thing I regret is not getting this bed sooner. I've seen in past reviews where people said the mattress smelt like chemicals and yes it does because it come wrapped in a bunch of plastic. What do you expect. But it goes away and to each their own. Don't let it stop you from getting this awesome bed!

Customer service is really excellent. I impressed. Purple cares very much about the quality of thier product. We had our 7 year old Purple replaced via warranty no problem. The honored thier warranty very quickly and painlessly. Our new matter is perfect and we are back to sleeping sooo much better. Thanks Purple!

Received the mattress just 2 days prior to leaving on vacation for 1 week. Have now slept on for a total of 9 nights, so too early to give a 'final approval' rating. However, I can say that my wife loves it, and so far I am pleased. We purchases the mattress because my son purchased one about 1 1/2 years ago and after 'grandsitting' for a week and sleeping on the bed, my wife 'indicated' she though she would like to have one. Thus, we are giving it the "100" day trial. My only negative so far is the fact that it sits so low to the floor on the purchased bed frame as you recommended in lieu of putting on top of a box spring; not sure why. As a compromise, I put a sheet of solid plywood on the bed frames rails, put the Purple Bed frame sitting on that, and the the Purple Mattress. Now, it's about 4 inches too high given the fact that my wife is only 5'1". May have to look at another option.

Absolutely impossible to expect any 2 people to get this in the house. Beyond heavy. Getting it up stairs, and on the bed was even worse. If your product is this heavy, you should have delivery service like some of your competitors. We are still trying to get used to it. Too firm.

Affordable, fantastic 0% financing... I'm such a fan. Delivery was quick and unboxing was so much easier than a traditional mattress it's not even funny! To add to that, it's possible that this is the best mattress I've ever slept on. My girlfriend definitely thinks so!

Unfortunately I experienced nothing but problems almost as soon as I placed my order. Getting the mattress without the platform first. No white glove delivery. No set up. No removal of old mattress (extra cost to me to get rid of it). Waiting, waiting, waiting. Then when the platform arrives it's the wrong one! Wait, wait, wait, wait some more. It took a month to finally get the platform set up and the mattress put on it. No compensation, no effort to make it right. Would have been nice to send us some free sheets or something. That said, we like the mattress and will keep it. But highly unlikely we'll get another product from Purple in the future.

Ever since I got this bed, it has been a life changer. I used to get so much neck and shoulder pain when I woke up. Now, that has significantly improved and I feel way better than I have ever been. The only thing to be wary about is how have these mattresses are. They definitely did not exaggerate that you need 2 people to carry this thing!

We tried every time of bed at every price point within several hundred miles. Then we read online reviews about Purple. We love the king size so far. It's comfortable. It's cool during summer in the south. Our backs don't hurt. We have crazy elaborate dreams because we are sleeping so soundly. The packaging was convenient. Definitely a two person carry at around 70 lbs. The tool to slice open the package immediately cracked in half the second it touched the wrapper, but we used a small pizza cutter like tool and it worked. It unrolled within a minute like a tightly rolled burrito aching to lie flat. The squares throughout that mattress seem like a waffle. It's forever known as "the waffle".

We received our pillows after a very long wait but it was SO WORTH IT!!! I per-ordered two pillows back in December and got them yesterday! We slept on them last night and it was one of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time. I didn't stir in the middle of the night to find a more comfortable position. It was fantastic! I can't wait to go to sleep tonight!
