Having just been pregnant and recovering from surgeries, I didn't get much sleep on the hospital beds. Once we got out mattress, I was able to finally get some great sleep!! I can't thank Purple enough for creating such an amazing product! I've already told my family they need to join the Purple family with a mattress of their own.

I have to say this mattress has been a God send for me. I suffer from bad back from years of lifting weights and my wife and I hated our mattress. I started researching different mattress brands and didn't know where to start. I came across purple on facebook and decided to try it. It has helped me out tremendously! No more back pain at all!

We bought our first purple mattress in 2017. It was very comfortable and we loved it. However, by 2020, the mattress was sagging. We reviewed the warranty, we were still covered, and so we received a new mattress from Purple. The mattress is extremely firm, it still smells awful from off-gassing after a month or more, and it keeps sliding off of the base we purchased from Purple because it is very light. Oh, we had to get a new base replacement as well because the previous base broke. I wish that we hadn't gotten the new one! The previous mattress, even with its sags and lumps, was much more comfortable and didn't stink. I wish we had invested in a different company in the first place. The bright side is their customer service is great, and handled our mattress replacement quickly and cordially.

I have to say that I was skeptical about buying a mattress online that I couldn't test out first. We've been sleeping on the Purple mattress for several weeks now and I'm comfortable saying that this is the BEST MATTRESS I've ever slept on! We definitely did our research of the online mattress companies (i.e. Sealy, Nectar, etc.). We read all independent reviews and watched countless review videos. All signs pointed to Purple. The reviews were not wrong! I used to wake up with shoulder and hip pain on our old mattress, but that is not happening with the Purple mattress. I was also skeptical about how the reviews said this memory foam mattress actually "sleeps cool." We've all heard how memory foam mattresses trap heat. Definitely not the case with Purple! You can actually feel the cooling effect through the mattress protector and sheets. It's amazing! I haven't woken up hot once. It's definitely not "cold," but it definitely doesn't trap the heat either. One of the other great features I was skeptical about was how the mattress was advertised to be the perfect combination of firm and soft. I didn't know what that even meant until I actually slept on the mattress. The second you lay down, you can feel what this means. Finally, the motion transfer is little to none. In other words, when you or your partner move around you can't really feel anything on the other side of the bed. This is truly amazing technology and I would recommend this mattress to anyone. It's worth every single penny!

Well..it has taken me a while to adapt to the mattress, I still feel that it is a little hard , not soft like I was hoping, maybe the purple 3 and purple 4 are softer, but the Original is not for sure. I must say that I do feel how icreates the shape around my body like all the videos. The videos was a great job from you guys, that was the reason why I decided to buy your mattress instead of another one. If you could send me a pillow as a sample I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I USED to sleep on a "high range air mattress" that every time the temperature changed, I had to reset my "number". Just got a "purple" .. best sleep I have had in years... I had to put it up myself.. the frame was a cinch.. but the king size mattress was so heavy I needed to borrow the neighbor's husband to get it up on the frame... and the part that says "unroll it with the grey side down" doesn't work because the mattress is rolled so that the grey ends up on the upside.... and my mattress started to expand before all the sticky plastic was off it... consequently I had to borrow the neighbor's husband again to help me flip it... NO easy task... Return it?? Over my dead body!!! You just need to roll it so that when it unrolls the grey side is already down. (already posted this to your facebook page if it looks familiar.. lol)

Sleeps cool, sleeps comfortably, stays clean (we used the Purple branded mattress protector), the Purple branded sheets sleep even cooler and fit the bed very well. Zero complaints after a year. Zero complaints after 4 years on the original Purple mattress, too!

I find any and every opportunity to profess my love for the new Purple Mattress to my friends, coworkers, and family. The very first nights sleep I had rocked my world. Ever since I can remember, I've been a "toss and turn" kind of sleeper. I woke up sprawled out, or curled in the fetal position in the corner of my old beds. The first night in my Purple, I went to sleep as usual, and woke up IN THE SAME EXACT POSITION I FELL ASLEEP IN! Fully rested and quite honestly in shock. I know it may have taken others more time to acclimate, but the next 3 nights, same verdict! No more restless sleep. I don't feel like I'm fighting my bed anymore. Thank you Purple for the research and development of this wonderful mattress. I finally get excited and look forward to going to bed these days.

The bed is comfortable. I feel like it will sink and your body will imprint overtime. I feel like it already has sunk a little bit. I've had it for six months. While the purple top hasn't sunk I feel like the foam underneath it has and will continue to do so. I would suggest turning it just like any other mattress.

I watched every commercial and every YouTube review I could find. And I fell in love with all the purple products in fact I got them all the sheets the protector and the platform and of course the mattress. The sheets are the only thing that has given me problems, they started to pill and get little fuzz balls where my legs rest at night. I contacted support and sent pictures before and after wash as they asked and when they saw the pilling was still there, they instantly sent me a replacement, I am very great because the sheets feel like heaven!! The protector doesn't even feel like it is there... if I had to list a con is it makes the sheet wrinkled.. but that is easily remedied. The platform is quiet and very easy to put together and I love the height, I don't have to climb into bed and it isn't low to the ground at lot. It is a little heavy, it is build to a great standard! So far the mattress is fantastic, I love not having a boxspring I got my mattress about 3 weeks going and I having no problems with, first nights I was very hot, but after the first two nights that went away, I have also noticed my posture is better. And while sitting in the bed my legs don't fall asleep, like they did in my old bed. I love the bed a lot, it is so could now and it fits me!! I am hoping to preorder the purple pillow next month!
