My boyfriend has horrible back issues after a car accident. He would always wake up in a mood just because of how much pain he's in. We've had out mattress for about a month now and man it has done wonders!! Thank you guys for doing payment plans becuase this just save ou relationship.

We purchased two twin XL back in early Nov. We have them paired together on an adjustable massage base to make for a split king. My wife and I are both waiting for they "HoneyMoon" period to wear off but we still often comment how much we love our bed. Sleeping great on it. Didn't really have any adjustment time to the bed like I expected. It just slept comfortable straight out of the gate. I would say the bed is exceptional. If your expecting a revolutionary game changer, I don't know if that exists but we consider this a phenomenal purchase. We are also using the Purple mattress cover that feels good quality and the Purple sheets that are maybe the BEST of ALL. These sheets are seriously so comfortable and look amazing.

Hubby and I are SO in love with this mattress! It feels like I can't say enough positive things for it! It's unbelievable how something could feel so firm, solid and supportive....but also feel like your laying on a cloud?!!!? I never have to "try to get comfortable" in this bed, no May how I lay I'm in comfort heaven!!! I cannot RECOMMEND this product enough! We are SO happy with our purple purchases!!!!!!!

The bed arrived, but was missing the items shown in the online video. No knife to open the plastic, no paperwork or manual, and less importantly, no sample of the purple material. After several tries to get through to customer support (several days - see my review of the frame), I was literally told if I used a regular knife to open the bed it might void the warranty! I was told they would send me the knife, manual, etc. Never happened. Great marketing. Terrible performance.

The first few inches of this mattress felt perfect. I could sink into it and love it. But then after those first few inches it felt like I was hitting a wall, I no longer sank in and my shoulder felt smashed. Probably better suited to someone who likes a mattress that is more firm. I am a side sleeper though, and it could be better for a back or stomach sleeper. My husband didn't like it at first but said that he could probably get used to it and like it after a while but my back was acting up so we got a refund. I really wanted to like the mattress but it didn't work for me. But I have to say the customer service on the return was amazing!!! Definitely some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!

Very thankful for this mattress. My shoulders would hurt every morning after waking up on my old mattress. But not anymore now that I have the purple mattress. Really has improved my rest. After having it for a month or so I had to go out of town for two weeks and then another week. Found myself really missing my mattress! Thanks purple!

I already sent in a review right after I bought not 1 but 2 twin mattresses. I didn't get a response. For what you're charging per mattress, for the Faith I put in you to have purchased 2 mattresses, sight unseen, I believe I deserved better. I should've received a response back. And immediately. Everything was great in shipping etc. Buu the chemical smell from just one was nasty, pungent & has yet to go away! I've had a large fan blowing out the smell of the mattresses all day, everyday, 24/7 since they arrived. Still no relief & we still don't sleep in that bedroom as we are waiting for the smell to dissipate. That was something that you should've told me prior to purchase. I feel ripped off & would like my $$ back because of the endless chemical smell & your lack of concern. I also have no intention of shipping them back because the weight of each mattress is very heavy & I wouldn't be able to get the mattresses back in their duffle bags. What now? I need to use those beds. The smell is making that impossible. Sincerely, Cheryl P

My husband has bad arthritis in shoulders, hips, etc. I needed a new mattress. Researched online and found this product and ordered it. We love it! It kind of cradles you and you don't get hot. You also don't transfer movement so you don't 'bother' your partner. We are side sleepers. This was the first time I've ordered a mattress online. The guarantee helps knowing you can return it, but it would be hard to repackage like the little 'burrito' package it comes in! Thankfully, we won't be returning it!

I had just the basic Purple matress. It's not a bad product but it's certainly not at all for people who prefer a more firm matress. I move a lot in my sleep and tossing and turning on that matress, I ended up bouncing slightly with every turn and it kept me awake.

I like it very much . It took me about 3 days before to become accustomed to the firmness but my sore hip doesn't hurt anymore . And when I get up in the morning I can jump out of bed instead of feeling very sore all over . But I am going to more than likely send back the original purple and get the Purple . 2 for the New Technology . Because if the Original is this good then Purple .2 must be even better . I am also going to buy the Platform Base in about a week .
