While we did not end up keeping our mattress, as it was not quite right for us, Purple was a great company to use. We live in rural MT and our mattress was delivered right to our door. Instead of returning the mattress to Purple, we were able to donate it to a local charity AND get our full refund. This is a great way to go since our mattress will now be able to go to a family in need instead of in a landfill. Thank you Purple for the great customer experience even though we did not end up keeping our bed.

I love my purple mattress! Lot's of support yet not a brick. I'm actually sleeping now. Before I was lucky if I could get 2 to 3 hours of sleep without waking and then tossing and turning the rest of the time. Now I may wake up about once a night, but then fall right back to sleep until my alarm. So I'm very grateful. Thank you so much!!!!

My wife and I have been trying to find a mattress that works for the both of us. I am mainly a side sleeper and she shifts from her back to her side. We've tried many memory foam mattresses and they always seem to work for one but not the other. The Purple Mattress however has been great for both of us! It feels firm for back sleeping but then relieves pressure points in our shoulders and hips very well when we're lying on our side. Highly recommend!

It is amazing how soundly I sleep and my lower back pain is gone after sleeping on this mattress. I have had it for 2 weeks and I wake up every morning pain free and no more morning grogginess. I am 62 years old and wish I had found this bed years ago.

I'm a bigger person ( 6foot 4inches, 300lbs), and the layers of foam under the purple surface started to lose support after about 60-70 days. anymore, if I sleep towards the edge of the mattress, it feels like I'm rolling downhill & about to fall on the floor as the foam layers have no support for me anymore. I definitely expected much more for the price I paid. still, its better than the lumpy worn mattress it replaced

Our second purchase bought king bed 6 years ago. It helped me sleep with my bad hip! I was finally able to rest and get good rest! That helped my energy level and I was able to continue my health regiment to lose weight and after a year I was able to have my hip replacement surgery!!!

I needed a new mattress, im very picky and have an issue with mattresses always sagging. I saw purple and was iffy about making the purchase. I ready reviews, watched video reviews and finally decided to make the purchase. When i recieved the Mattress i immediately knew it was the best purchase I ever made. I no longer wake up with a sore back, stiff neck and feeling like I just got into a car accident the night before. Now the only issue I have is not wanting to get out of my bed because it is so comfortable. If you havn't tried purple, try it! You got nothing to loose, No pressure.

After a couple of months of searching the internet for a bed my wife and I decided to get the purple mattress. Biggest mistake ever. After 2 months I was ready to ship it back but the process of doing it isn't very consumer friendly next thing I know I'm stuck with it, which means stuck with terrible back pain every night waking up in the middle of the night because I'm so uncomfortable. I told my wife we would try a pillow top and if that doesn't work I will be sleeping in our old bed or on the couch until we can buy a new bed.

Purple I firmly believe makes the best mattresses and accessories for mattresses. The mattress does take a bit to get use to because of the grid, even for me who has had the purple original pillow for a few years. It sleeps cool compared to my old memory foam and is much more comfortable than any of the memory foam mattress tested in the past. I really recommend this or even the premier mattresses.

I gave it 5 stars only because I rly adore the mattress it's honestly very comfortable and the best mattress out there especially for its price there are many brands that costs more than $5000 but u can get even better matters with purple but my only thing that I hate is the shipping and service they're not that generous my mattress got delivered after 2 weeks meanwhile I should've got it in few days they weren't that much helpful and I asked for anything in return for this issue they didn't even respond they just said it was delayed because of fedex they should be more professional and have a better idea how to deal with these kinda situations and work better on their shipping products but overall the mattress is amazing ibroy love it I have two a queen for me and a full for my brother but I was stuck don't make the same mistake get the queen don't buy the full it's only a $100 difference I had no choice because of the Space wise otherwise I would've gotten both queen great mattress great quality u will appreciate it.
