I have had this bed for about 2 months. I can no say for sure at this point whether or not this mattress will work for me. I have been having health issues and am unable to sleep because of knee pain. Once that issue is resolved I will be better able to tell whether this bed is for me.

I usually have lower back pain and I really feel it at night when it's time for bed. Since I have purchased this mattress I've not experienced that at all. My husband absolutely loves everything about this mattress. No complaints what so ever. His sleep is so deep that he doesn't even feel me getting up. I definitely would recommend, at the very least, trying out the trial and seeing if this is for you.

I bought this as a guest bed and if I was a guest I'd be worried about sleeping in it. Feels more like a water bed. I was expecting it to feel a lot firmer. I didn't think the website was very helpful in determining its firmness and how it would feel.

I was hesitant about buying a mattress without having slept on it before. But went with it anyway. It arrived quickly and was easy to open up. We gave it a few hours to rise and then slept on it the same night. The standard smell that comes with memory foam/mattress toppers was definitely there but went away within 24-48 hours. We have now had our mattress for a month and it is HEAVENLY. Best night sleep every night. My partner has had chronic back pain and typically has flairs after sleeping in new places with different mattresses (hotels, friends homes, air bnbs, etc) but he has had NOTHING! No pain at all! I have recommended this mattress to multiple family members and I will continue to do so.

I have a pretty busy schedule, and sometimes I don't get the amount of sleep every night that I'd like to. With the purple mattress I've noticed that even on a short amount of sleep I feel more rested than I would on a normal mattress. I am enjoying the Purple matrress. It does take a little time to get used to the feeling. Its a little firmer than my previous mattresses, but it did help with my back pain. I don't wake up hurting anymore. I am a truck driver, who is required to use a CPAP machine, so I have to sleep on my back or side a lot. This was a big investment, but one I'm happy making because so far it has helped with pain in my back and legs.

My husband and I purchased a Purple mattress when we moved into a new place and decided to upgrade and buy the first new mattress in our adult lives. Our sleep before was restless and we often woke up sore on hips, shoulders, etc. on an old spring mattress. Now, on the Purple mattress, we both sleep deeply and wake up feeling rested and no longer sore. I can't recommend this mattress highly enough. I'm actually excited to go to bed at night.

I have to say this mattress has been a God send for me. I suffer from bad back from years of lifting weights and my wife and I hated our mattress. I started researching different mattress brands and didn't know where to start. I came across purple on facebook and decided to try it. It has helped me out tremendously! No more back pain at all!

I really wanted to like this mattress! But it was just did not support my wife's back and I found it caused multiple pressure points instead of relieving them. Despite the marketing it actually is a bad compromise for both support and softness. Really disappointed. Would say unless you are a back sleeper don't even bother ... and then it is iffy ... probably only good if you like medium soft mattress and are back sleeper ... definitely not for side or stomach sleepers. The people are helpful and courteous and seem great ... although the pushing of the stretchy sheets which took 45 days to deliver was a little ridiculous.... they were about a month late and just were not going to make a difference. If you really believe they matter to the experience then it should t take over a month to deliver them with the bed and almost half the trial period. Need to work on that folks.

So far, I gave the mattress a 2 stars, I hope it gets better, but I love the sheets they get a 5 star. If this does not improve in two more weeks, I will call for a return. I am 200 lbs and it may be too soft, not sure of others, do not like the pillows, heavy but not cool. etc
