I had the best nights sleep the very first night I set the mattress up. For the first time in such a long time I woke up without being sore from the springs of my previous mattresses. And the coolness of mattress is amazing. The over all experience of sleeping on this mattress turned out so much better than I ever expected. I also got a set of the free sheets and those are amazingly soft it just all pairs well together.

We are beyond happy with our new mattress!! We just upgraded from a purple Queen that we got 5 years ago to a purple king. We also bought the purple sheets this time and I highly recommend because they are so comfortable and fit the shape of the bed perfectly!

I've had my purple mattress a little over a month now, and the changes in my sleep were noticeable from day one. First off, this mattress, in my experience, does not retain heat. It's the same temperature when you wake up as when you go to bed. So don't worry about it heating up and making you all sweaty. Second, it's not really all that bad for a 100lbs, and if you're in okay shape one person can handle it. The affects on my sleep have been huge. For years I've been sleeping with very few dreams. I thought this was a result of taking insomnia medication, but it turns out it was my mattress. Every night I now reach deep enough sleep to have dreams, and it feels weird after 15+ years of only having them once in a while. Reaching a deeper sleep has been helpful in my waking life, especially since I'm less tired when driving to work. I also don't wake up with joint pain anymore, which is nice. Being able to wake up and freely move around without having to stretch is great. There was a few days where my body was adjusting to the bed that weren't that great, but they do warn you about that so don't let the first few nights scare you away. Afterwards, your body will thank you. When I get my own house, I'm planning on investing in another Purple mattress for the guest room. Worth every penny.

Recently slept on a premium non-Purple mattress while on a month long vacation. It caused major back pain. Came home to my Purple mattress, and the pain abated. I didn't even have to go to the chiropractor. So Purple will be saving me money as I no longer want to travel and sleep on other mattresses.

First off in coming off a temperpedic mattress. Got the purple hybrid mattress. Hands down by far the most comfortable mattress ever. I also had a sleep number mattress as well. My only complaint and its an honest one. Is when my other moves or tosses it wakes me up. The whole bed moves. It definitely without a doubt transfers motion and I am a light sleeper. Wakes me up a few times a night. Besides that most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I will keep it and not return.

I started with a purple pillow about a year ago and love it so much I wish I could travel with it!! (It's really heavy though and I pack heavy as it is.) I finally got my mattress last month and love it just as much. Perfectly squishy yet firm...love love love it.

Our King-sized mattress and pillows all came a day early. We got the *original* mattress, sheets, and purple plush pillows in our purchase. Everything was super stupid-proof and all seemed well though out. When you first get the mattress (the king size) seems like it weights somewhere around 100-125 pounds not an easy lift we unzipped the side and slid it out and unrolled it. You'll get a bit sweaty. It also unfurled upside down so oops. It does come with wrapping cutter and apparently you can just cut through *everything*( like the purple outside carrying packaging. but it went right through the plastic wrapping. The sheets are *very* stretchy, I understand the reasoning as well. The purple mattress is very pressure sensitive but firmer on large heavy objects. your feet will sink through if you stand on it, but its soft/firm when you lay down. The sheets allow the mattress to do as designed without taking any of that give from your pressure points like cotton/linen sheets would. The mattress kinda smells like sharpies if you just shove your face in it but with pillow separation, my wife (with a very sensitive sniffer) did notice anything from off-gassing and nor did I. We've had it for about a week or two and I have not woken up with a limb asleep. I tend to sleep on my arm sometimes and I always am dealing with that dreaded stinging when your arm is getting blood back. With purple, i might wake with an ache in my shoulder if i slept weird that night but it goes away quickly and I (and my wife) always feel like we never want to get up. It's comfortable, the topper allows you to feel the gel matrix but it doesn't bother or annoy me. Mattress firm was selling a very similar product for about 500 more. (around the same price as the new purple mattress.) I am pleased with the bed so far. The pillows however. (the plush ones) they ripped on our first wash in the washing machine. It took about a week to get a refund since that is just insane. I was very excited to actually try new pillows since mine is rather, deformed. I was just hoping for a fresh bed with everything and the ripped pillows left a sour taste in my mouth, after having just received our new bed and sheets. Thankfully though we were able to receive a refund. They had offered to give us new pillows free of charge- but A. they don't offer king size, and b. it was the very first WASH. Not even the dry cycle. We only put those two pillows in, and they ripped immediately. fluff was everywhere in the tub. Anyways. Don't let this discourage you from the bed. The pillows are a new product and need some kinks worked out but all the best to you on your bed hunting.

Investing in a good mattress was a priority to me. I was tired of waking up with back and joint pains. I have L4 and L5 herniated and I have been waking up with back pain for years until I bought my purple mattress. This has been the best mattress that I have ever owned never again am I going back to buying any other than the purple mattress. I was skeptical at first but it has truly exceeded my expectations. I recommended to anyone with back problems, you will not regret it.

We are loving our purple mattress. We have been sleeping on regular mattresses. From Full, to a very old uncomfortable queen which traveled from Florida. We can not see ourselves sleeping on another bed again. We wanted to get the approval from one of our very picky bird. He answers Yes or No questions. He obviously got very, very cozy!! So it's perfect!!

Did a lot of homework on all of the internet matress companies out there and chose Purple because of the massive amount of great reviews and also the talk of firmness in the reviews. The matress doesn't sink at all. Very firm - but because of the gel on top still has softness, spring and full support. I've been sleeping like a champ ever since getting this thing. It's not hype - this is the best matress I've ever had. Get one!
