30 days later, this bed was absolutely the right decision, we are not as sore or misaligned as before. And I find myself CRAVING my bed, instead of the couch or a vacant kids bed for a change. I only ordered the base model this time, next time I'll upgrade. We did splurge on the new fancy hex pillows though, and the only thing I have to say about that, is I need a travel size version so I can take my pillow everywhere.

Despite all the glowing reviews that I have read online, the Purple mattress did NOT help the minor back pain that I experience while sleeping and when I wake up in the morning, the pain is still present. Expected more out of this mattress and probably will return it...

I had very high hopes for this mattress, given all the rave reviews and the price they charge for it. But, I have actually sort worse on this mattress than on my previous 10 year old Tempurpedic, and I've given it more than a month. The matress is too firm and doesn't mold with me. I wake up every morning now with a lower backache, which I never had in my life. So Purple is not for me, and I'll probably be one of the few that returns it.

I would wake up all of the time with back and hip pain. I use a Fitbit to track my sleep and I would be restless on average 20-25 times a night, after using the Purple mattress in dropped to 10-12 a night. It has made a world of difference in the quality of sleep.

As the instructions say that your body needs a fe weeks to adjust and align. We have had our king purple mattress for about 4 weeks now and I tend to sleep really well on my back. It seemed to be a bit hard in the beginning. My wife and I are both getting more used to the bed but it has taken a few weeks to get over the firmness. So far so good!

It took me almost a month to get used to the feeling of sleeping on the mattress ... normal pillow-tops feel like your in the mattress. It's great now though. I also have to add that from day one I suffered no morning muscle stiffness as I have with previous mattresses.

I've tried a few, and this one is the best I've found. However, I still toss and turn a bit. I think it's just not as firm under my rump as I need it to be. Sleeping on my sides hurts my lower back on this mattress for some reason, so I end up on my back every night. Not to say it might not be perfect for someone heavier or lighter or different build (I'm 5'6" and 180 pounds) but not quite perfect for me.

The mattress is as advertised. It is cool and supportive. It took a couple of nights to get used to the difference from our old mattress. Now we love the purple. The sheets are awesome! We understand the reason for having sheets that are stretchable. We have recommended your products to our friends and associates.

I was pretty excited to get the mattress with all the 5 star reviews. Unfortunately for me, my neck, back and legs hurt all the time. When I shower in the morning, I cannot bend over. I decided to take a break from the Purple to make sure that was the source of my pain. Indeed it was. I am really sad that I missed the 100 night trial period to exchange the mattress, because I think I would have benefited more from the firmer mattress. When I contacted Purple, they couldn't do anything for me. Looks like I will continue to sleep on the floor.

We bought our first purple mattress in 2017. It was very comfortable and we loved it. However, by 2020, the mattress was sagging. We reviewed the warranty, we were still covered, and so we received a new mattress from Purple. The mattress is extremely firm, it still smells awful from off-gassing after a month or more, and it keeps sliding off of the base we purchased from Purple because it is very light. Oh, we had to get a new base replacement as well because the previous base broke. I wish that we hadn't gotten the new one! The previous mattress, even with its sags and lumps, was much more comfortable and didn't stink. I wish we had invested in a different company in the first place. The bright side is their customer service is great, and handled our mattress replacement quickly and cordially.
