The Mattress is great! Very comfortable neutral on the hot/cool while sleeping. Two things though. I was not offered the 3 different thickness/softness of the mattresses. Just one thickness is all I knew that there was. On a light note, the other thing is that IT ISN'T PURPLE!!! I know the guts are purple but, the outside cover on the mattress should be as purple as the sheets they sell. LOL I love purple! I ordered a purple bed and was expecting to get a purple bed. Kind of a let down. A little bit of false advertising... LOL.

So I had been thinking about trying Purple for several months, because my bed was giving me really bad back pain. And I finally did and wow its literally amazing. I haven't had back pain since and I sleep way better. I sleep in all the positions and this bed works for them all. I also got the harmony pillow and its equally amazing. No more neck pain! I strongly recommend this!! You won't regret it. ;)

if you are at all sensitive to chemical smells this is not the bed for you. I have had the mattress in a room with a fan on and window open for two weeks and i still cant sleep on it. it otherwise seems like a comfy bed. I am hoping that soon the off gassing will end help!

Before getting our Purple, I would wake up with a lot of lower back pain. The first week of having our Purple was a little rough. There is an adjustment period where your body starts moving back to its natural alignment. But after two week, I no longer wake up with any back or shoulder pain!

The bed and the feeling of the hyper elastic polymer feel nothing like what I would have expected. The bed is different. Don't expect to get into it and all of a sudden it's the best thing in the world. It takes Some getting used to but not in a bad way. For me the purple was nice on the first and second and third night. It was Comfortable and different but it wasn't a "WOW" for me. After about a week it was Clear how much I was enjoying it and How big a difference it is. I noticed on the first night I felt better and my body felt better when I woke but but after a week you really start to appreciate the bed more. I definitely recommend it but Keep your mind open and give yourself time to adjust. It's beyond worth it .

We've been sleeping on the Purple mattress for 10 weeks and haven't looked back. One of us (male) was worried that it was going to be too soft - but it's not. It's pretty amazing how it conforms to our body. No sinking into a marshmallow and no pressure points. Our last mattress was too firm so I added a memory foam topper. I (female) sleep on my side. I was only getting about 3 hours of sleep before the pain in my hip would wake me. My sister has a new hybrid mattress or something with a memory foam pillow top. I tried it out. The memory foam on her mattress squishes under the hips, but provides not support for the waist. She sleeps with a small additional pillow under her waist. The Purple mattress would be an improvement for her. I wish I could afford to give one to everyone in my family. It's so comfortable that I don't find that I have to sleep on my side all night. I can be on my back comfortably for the first time in years. The alarm clock woke me in the morning instead of pain waking me in the night. That was after the first night. I was surprised to have slept the whole night. The Purple mattress feels temperature neutral to me. Not warm or sweaty; not cool and airy. Just comfy.
