Had a queen size mattress that was purchased in 2016, that started to dip in the center. Needing to replace it because it was defective and was starting to give me some back pain. Called customer service to see the steps needed and was sent an email the same day with all the steps I would need to take along with that help of one of their team members I had the bed replaced in about a week and was even sent someone to dispose of the mattress the same day the new one arrived. I've loved purple since the first day I've purchased my mattress and don't think I can switch to anything else the beds are great and just as well as the service. Thank you purple.

Replaced a 10 year old Tepurpedic. Gave it 30 days definitely not as good as the old bed and more back pain. Going to dump it in the guest room and go back to my old mattress. Disappointed. Also order two masks. The first one lasted 2 days before the elastic fell off, second one 4 days also a waste of money after waiting a crazy number of weeks for them to ship.

I was so hoping this would be the miracle pain relieving bed for me but to be fair there are NO beds on the market designed with someone like me in mind (I have double rods and screws along the majority of my spine and some of my neck fused as well). I gave it 4 stars because it is still much more comfortable than the last bed we had and I actually manage to sleep a larger portion of the night with this bed. My husband loves it. My entire spine is severely defective and crooked (not to mention rigid after fusions) so I am not a one size fits all customer. I left the review in case there are any other Scoliosis/Spinal fusion patients interested in purchasing this. I still have pain but it has improved slightly.

Purple gives you a special blade to cut the plastic holding the mattress when delivered. It's designed to kind of hide the blade to the sharp part doesn't come near the mattress and damage it. As we slid it down the plastic protection on the blade broke off causing the blade to go right through our new mattress. It was so disappointing and frustrating. After spending saving money for this expensive mattress and waiting so long for it then to have this happen. We would've never used that blade.

The purple mattress exceeded my expectations. I have never fallen asleep so quickly, so consistently in my entire life. The first night was definitely an adjustment from my Select Comfort bed (I'm a 35), but from night 2 - today has been deep, comfortable sleep throughout the night. There have been so many mornings that I wake up not noticing that my husband has already awoken and I didn't feel him get out of bed. I get anxious now when I travel because I will have to leave my Purple for some lesser mattress. Maybe it does take a rocket scientist to make the perfect mattress! Me and my fiancé have two different preferences when it comes to mattresses so the fact that we both love this mattress says a lot. The days of one of us waking up feeling bad are over. Can not recommend this mattress enough. Especially in combination with there pillows.

I have struggled for years to find the perfect mattress and to be able to sleep all night. I have finally found my answer. The Purple mattress took some debating whether or not to purchase but my wife and I are glad we did. I have not been able to get a full night's sleep for years and now for the past three weeks I am glad to say I have slept a full night(at least 6 hours) for me. This is the best purchase that we have made and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great mattress!

I love my purple mattress and purple accessories! The mattress sleeps cool, which is so important to me, and is very comfortable. My only complaint is the process for which items are shipped out. It not only takes a very long time to get accessories, but they all ship separately in any order. For instance, I got my mattress first, and my base took 3 more weeks to get to me, so my mattress was unusable for those three weeks. Then my sheets came a week later, my mattress protector multiple weeks after everything else. I would much rather get all of my items at once, or at least in a order that makes sense! Other than that though, I have no complaints about the product itself. The mattress is heaven, the sheets are the greatest and coolest material ever.

There was a lot to like about the Purple, just not enough for us to keep it. The innovative purple gel top was interesting, but it wasn't uniformly comfortable; felt too loose, and we needed a more firm experience when getting in to bed. Obviously a lot of other people like it, but it just wasn't for us. Thanks for being easy to do business with...

I like it so much Im going to blog about it. Really impressed after I bought a Casper and then wasn't in love I tried the Purple mattress and despite their really goofy videos the product is amazing. Only downside is the time it takes to get to me. p.s. I bought a pillow too because the sheets and mattress were so far superior to anything else.
