When my wife got pregnant, she really pushed for a new mattress to help improve her sleep during pregnancy. I had wanted to try out a purple mattress and after purchasing one from a local company both of us began sleeping better immediately. First night's sleep on this was GREAT! Then, the bed started breaking in and getting softer. Every morning, I wake up more tired than the previous morning. The purple grid is a fantastic idea. If only it were on a firm foam base instead of the stuff that gets really soft really fast.

I've had back and leg pain for years. I suffered with insomnia because I dreaded my bed, most nights sleeping on the couch. I would always wake up miserable and had difficulty walking. Best sleep ever! Firm for your back, yet soft on pressure points. Get the Purple sheets and mattress cover for your mattress to function as designed (they need to stretch along with the mattress's top layer). Give it a few weeks to get used to and you'll be early to bed, late to rise.

I was a little skeptical to buy an out of the box mattress. I have a bad lower back and needed a good bed for our second home. My son's friend who is a military vet recommended this bed as he has a lot of physical problems and swears by this mattress so we gave it a try. I was in total shock! When my husband and I decided to get a new bed we did a little research on what beds were top rating and looked at reviews and asked the military community for honest reviews on this bed. My husband wasn't sold at first about what was considered a bed in a box, but still allowed me to order it since there was a 120 night guarantee. We upgraded from a Serta I comfort to the purple original and it was the best decision we've made in a while. The bed is super comfortable and really hugs are hips right when were sleep, I love also the temperature of the bed.
