The mattress is great, the shipping process was really bad. No tracking information, the package literally didn't move and I was told at one time it was likely going to be declared a lost package- how do you lose a mattress?! Once it finally arrived the mattress has been great!

Review after night 2. Bought the Cal King purple mattress, is honestly a little bit firm. I definitely can say I wake up in the morning feeling very well rested. I suppose I expected it to be a bit softer, but I've had a TempurPedic soft mattress before and it was so soft it had my back hurting in the mornings. After buying the mattress the platform base and the mattress protector, it is definitely an investment. I think for the money yes it is a comfortable mattress and I am not going to return it, however I suppose I think i though it would have been more comfortable than I expected. I think it's just a bit more firm than I thought it would be, however it's not like I am going to return it. It is definitely a good quality mattress and I will enjoy sleeping on it

I was really skeptical when husband said he had bought to help me w my constant neck, shoulder, and back pain. From the very first morning my back pain had been gone, my neck and shoulders have shown improvement. So we decided to try the pillows, wow, who knew a bed and pillow could make such a difference in my pain and sleep!!!

I work night shifts and on my days off, on my old bed, I typically found myself having a hard time sleeping during normal sleep hours. I would have to pop a melatonin in order to get into the sleep cycle. Incredibly, since switching to the purple mattress, I find my body relaxing into sleep mode without help. It's been so much easier switching from nights to days with this mattress! Maybe it's because I don't struggle to find a comfortable or cool position anymore. My body always feels ready for my next shift or day ahead.

Delivers on it's promise. We've been sleeping on this mattress for the past 2 months. I weigh 185 and my wife weighs 115. I sleep on my back and she sleeps on her front; we are both super comfortable on this bed. It takes a minute or so to warm up under us, but it never leaves us feeling cold at night (it's winter in NJ at the moment). It creates no pressure spots no matter what position we try - even on our hips. Highly recommended.

I bought the purple bed about 4 plus years ago. All my aches n pains vanished. The bed is not too hard or too soft. Just so comfortable. I would recommend this bed 100 per cent. It changed my life. I am almost 70. A kayaker, bike rider. Active but I do have my own issues

I love my new Purple mattress. It's super comfortable and has helped my neck, shoulder and back issues when it comes to getting better sleep. My only complaint is the mattress moves slightly every night on the Purple frame. Not a lot but enough to have to push it back in place every morning. Otherwise, a great buy.

My partner and I purchased the purple about a month ago. He loves the bed, I don't mind it, I'm a stomach sleeper and and he's a back sleeper. The mattress we had before was way too soft for both of us and it was a firm pillow top. He sleeps great now, doesn't have any back pain from the purple. I still deal slightly with low back pain because sleeping on my stomach isn't good for my back. But I do have to say I have less back pain than I used to. The purchase was easy, it shipped when they said it would, and it took as long as they said it would to arrive. The only issue we had was fed ex delivering it. They put it on the wrong truck to deliver to our house once it got to the location for local delivery. We ended up having to pick it up. Not knowing how large the tube was that it was being delivered in, we had to borrow a truck to pick it up. Turned out we probably could have fit it in our car. Overall it's been a good purchase and we haven't had any issues with it yet. We did see shortly after we purchased it that the ghost bed came out and it was cheaper, but the videos of that look like it's cheaper. Haven't seen or slept on it though, so I can't compare it to the purple. I would say we are for the most past satisfied with our purchase.

Packaging is unique. 77 y/o male, living alone on the second floor was able to maneuver it to its final resting place with ingenuity and some brute grunting by myself. I also used one of those assist straps that they use in nursing homes just above mid point as a secondary handle. Unpacking was not too difficult, as I understood why you packed it that way and I found that nifty purple cutter/letter opener. Unrolling and placement was not difficult. Slicing into the final opening step was, almost magical as this squished thing "sprung to life". My main concern is" how warm is this mattress going to be". I can only tolerate having 100% cotton t-shirts, sheets, etc. against my skin. So far so good. As I have 2 degenerating lower discs with arthritis, a side sleeper" all seems to be going very well. I can feel the distribution of my weight has been altered to a more uniformity over the whole body, not just the hip and shoulder areas. The quality appears to be there, the test of time will tell. Yes, I would recommend your product in the future......

My husband and I tried the purple bed, and unfortunately, it was a little firm for us so we returned it. However, the return process went very smoothly and everyone I worked with throughout the purchase/return process was wonderful!! We did keep the rest of our Purple products (pillows, sheets, frame, and mattress protector)!
