I'm not going to lie here. The shipping for your bed is garbage but the bed is the absolute best thing ever. I'm fine with waiting but I'm not okay with the damaged purple tube bag. Kind of a problem for me since I was going to reuse it. Onto the best bed ever! Okay so. I don't know about you but I absolutely loathe memory foam. It's too soft and on an air mattress, it's the only thing that makes your bed remotely comfortable. Yes I've been using an air mattress, for almost a year now. So to finally get a bed, muwha. Yes. This bed. I've used it before, my ex got one. Loved it. And that's a big reason why I had to save up and get my own. I can fall asleep faster on this bed than anything else. I suffer from inability to fall asleep, that type of insomnia. So I'm always tossing and turning, never comfortable. Well, with this bed I am. I absolutely adore it because I can sleep however I want and I'm in heaven. Plus paired with the Harmony pillow is like sleeping on a dream. I'd recommend this bed to anyone and everyone. Will it be for everyone? No, but I love it and will forever love it.

I have slept great and woken up with no joint pain for the first time since I can remember. The only thing I wish could have been different is set up and haul away. I got the original mattress and had to haul it on (very heavy) and unwrap. My old mattress is heavy, as well, and is propped up against my wall until I can how someone to pick it up and dump it.

We bought this because our mattress at the time was old and had a spring popping out. We did some reasearch and really liked the things people were saying about Purple and I liked the advertisements. We ordered a queen size and I have to tell you, it is sooo incredible! We've had one for a year now and my husband, who had back problems from injuries in the past, has had his Chiropractor notice the difference in his back since we started sleeping on it. The downside is that when we stay at a hotel I find the hotel mattress not very comfortable because I'm so used to sleeping on our wonderful Purple mattress!! It's such an amazing product and we got free sheets with it that are heavenly as well!! I've recommended Purple to many people and I think it's worth every cent!! We live in Canada and had no issues with delivery and it arrived on time!

When I first opened the mattress I was very impressed with how quickly it took shape! It looks exactly how I expected it to, and you can even feel the grid underneath the mattress cover. One thing I noticed is that it's not quite as soft as I was expecting. Although it does keep me much cooler at night (major plus!), I've noticed that I seem to be doing a lot more tossing and turning. I don't know if my body is just not used to the bed yet, or if it truly doesn't fit what I need. Only time will tell :)

Already bought another "big" purchase with them. First purchase was the reg. queen size bed. Included their protector and free sheets. Absolutely loved the purchase then that now I had bought another mattress with them. I bought the twin xl bed, and my son loves it! Will definitely be coming back for hopefully our third purchase with the Purple. Absolutely without any damage or wear up to today have had it for 2years now, looks brand new. No tears, no pee stains due to my mattress protector. I had split several drinks, son had peed and when I remove the protector to clean it, looks brand new white clean.

I was initially offput by how firm this bed was - had no idea just how broken in / broken my old boxspring was, so I was ultimately used to a way cushier bed. As it were, I've given it a solid month and have rave reviews. I have always been a side sleeper, but I wake up from decent sleep nightly on my back. My body feels good, its easy to fall asleep, and I am impressed as how cool the bed sleeps as I am a hot sleeper. Fine product

I drove to WA state from my home in BC to try the Purple 2 since it isn't available in Canada. My wife wasn't with me but I tried the mattress and decided to order it plus the pillow. The pillow arrived a couple weeks earlier and when my wife saw it, she wasn't sure she would even like the mattress when it arrived to our vacation home. After 2 nights on the bed, we were both convinced it's the best mattress we've ever slept on. Now I have 2 problems.... my wife want to replace our 2 year old mattress of another brand at home with a purple 2 and I've since lost my purple pillow to my wife as well.

I thought I needed firm mattresses because I'm a stomach sleeper, until I decided I'd like to start sleeping on my side or back, and it became very uncomfortable. Luckily, I moved, so I just bought a Purple mattress, and had it delivered to my new apartment. My boyfriend and I love it

Top is so soft that it's extremely hard to change positions. I actually injured my wrist while having to lift my self higher than while on our tempurpedic. The repetitive pressure and strain gave me tendinitis in my wrist. Switched back to the Tempurpedic Contour Elite and the wrist problem is going away. It was a horrible mattress for my pregnant wife. She had such a hard time turning over on it, that we finally had to return it only after a month. We so wanted to love it, but it truly did more harm than good. My wife and I are pretty athletic people. I'm 43 and she's 31. I'm 5'10" 195lbs and she's 5'7" 145 at 5 months pregnant. The two stars are for the customer service at Purple. They were great and handled the return/donation professionally.

My husband and I bought this mattress because he sleeps very hot. When we bought it we realized it was pretty hard and gives little to no support, but was hoping we would get used to it because we were coming from a bed with a memory foam topper. Well after one year of sleeping on it, I can confidently say it did not help with temperature and was the WORST sleep I've had. We recently had to sleep in our guest bedroom, which contains our older (and smaller) mattress, for 2 weeks and it has made us realize how terribly we have slept for the last year, tossing and turning throughout the night and never feeling refreshed the next morning. I wish we had realized sooner it was this mattress giving us issues and could return it, but looks like we will be looking into buying a mattress topper and hoping for the best.
