Love it. My old mattress was hitting pressure points and triggering nerve pain and "dead arm" all night long. Since buying Purple, I've not had ANY issue. The mattress sleeps cool and comfortably. My only concern is that it seems to sit a little low on the edge of the bed, but I can take care of that with a little extra support on that side of the mattress base.

Mattress was different at first but after a night or two I adjusted. Been sleeping much better than I have in years. Most of my lower back pain is gone. It's a different sensation , almost like I'm laying on nothing , but something at the same time . Always been a hot sleeper and I cant believe how cool the mattress and sheets are! Hoping to try a pillow out soon.

The grid concept does not provide enough support for lower back pain. My husband and I both have lower back pain (disc problems and arthritis) and we were hopeful that the Purple mattress would be good for us and minimize our pain. We ordered the most expensive, top of the line mattress because we believed the grid system, with it's minimal pressure points, would help us. Unfortunately, our lower back pain has increased gradually over the 4 months we have had the mattress. Because it was a gradual increase in pain, we did not realize at our 100 day trial period deadline that this is not the mattress for us. We realized it at 150 days and Purple will not give us a refund. BEWARE they will not work with you if you pass the trial period, so if you get this mattress and have ANY doubt about it at 100 days, RETURN IT!

We were a little nervous buying a mattress online but after a month of sleeping on it I can say without a doubt it's been one of our best purchases. I'm a side sleeper so my hip would fall asleep and my back would hurt with our old mattress. Not anymore! We love it!

Pricey? Yes. Worth it? 100% I was 7 months pregnant when we purchased this mattress but I suffered back problems before that. My husband is a hot sleeper and has always complained about the temperature while sleeping. Purple mattress solved both these issues! We're are extremely comfortable and pleased with the overall quality and results!

I was moving into a new house and they were so quick with their shipping that I received the mattress before I moved. I tried to get them to delay it, but it had already shipped. So they're super-fast! The mattress is just as advertised--comfortable and a bit on the soft side, which works for me as a side sleeper.

I was really excited to get this mattress. I had friends and family both tell me how good it is. I, however, have yet to have one full night's rest. I've had it for over two weeks now and I wake up everytime I move. Maybe I just need a bit longer to adjust. Or maybe I'm just not used to having such a big bed that it's throwing off my sleep cycle. I don't know. My husband seems to enjoy it. And my dog really enjoys it. She can sprawl any direction with out being shoved over. I will definitely be doing the 100 night testing. The smell of rubber is still very strong even after two weeks as well. I will say though, it shipped pretty fast out to WY and there were no issues with the delivery. So I'll see how thing work out for us in the coming weeks. I really want to like this bed. Fingers crossed!

Took me a little bit more than a month to get used to my purple, but now I love it. No more back pain in the morning, and no more waking every time my husband moves on his side of the bed. I did wake up feeling almost sore in my first weeks, but that went away completely as my body got used to it. Even better: all the neck and back pains I had with my old spring mattress never re-appeared. I had my doubts at first, but now I absolutely love it!

We got this mattress after lots of research and reviews from a few people we actually know. We figured with the 100 day guarantee we couldn't go wrong. It was about 10-13 days from ordering to arrival (which considering I ordered on Thanksgiving Day for the promo is amazing) and it was pretty easy to set up. (My husband made sure we opened it properly because some people in reviews didn't and it's apparently difficult to correct/flip over. The first night I was in love. He didn't like it the first few days (we've read the adjustment period can be a week or two and varies by person) but now he loves it too. I'm a stomach sleeper, that moves a lot to my side and even sometimes my back. He is mainly a side sleeper. The bed is much cooler than our previous bed (not sure if I can put brands but it ended in "pedic") which was supposed to be cooling and definitely wasn't! So far we are very impressed with the bed and have no intentions of utilizing the 100 day policy!

I have had the original Purple for about a month or so. It doesn't seem to be firm enough for me. Some increased neck and back discomfort over my conventional mattress. I might recommend trying the new Purple 3 described as "firm " for older patients with neck or back issues. Thanks
