When making the decision to go with Purple, we knew getting rid of the old mattress would be a problem. And it is, still clogging our hallway TWO months later! This is a problem the brand needs to address if you really want to compete with retailers who both hand-deliver the new and take away the old mattress. We live in a rural setting yet do not have hauling equipment, so we'll need to pay a hauler, and it's a hassle. However yes, we are happy with the new Purple mattress.

I had had my purple mattress for about 6 months and it's life-changing! I used to wake up every morning with aches and pains that I had just decided were part of life. Since night one, I have not once woken up in pain! When I have to sleep in a different bed for the night, the difference is amazing! I wake up with the same aches and pains I used to experience. Then one night on Purple, and I'm good to go! I've also referred two more people to purple and they both love it too. When do we get a punch card loyalty program? Also, I am patiently awaiting the arrival of my purple pillows!!!

Absolutely LOVE my purple mattress! As someone who suffers from herniated discs and back problems, I've grown used to waking up in horrible pain each morning. I'm only a couple weeks in, but I can already feel such an improvement in my sleep and I don't hurt from head to toe upon awakening. Love, love, love my purple mattress!!! Delivery was simple and directions were easy! My only regret is that I didn't get one sooner!

After having Cancer, I started to sleep very warm at night. No mattress was comfortable and often found myself waking up from the heat. With purple, I noticed a difference night one! I slept the full night, I was comfortable and more importantly, I was at a reasonable temperature all night long! So far, highly recommend!

I have a wonderful experience with the company. They were easy to do business with. Alas, the bed was too firm for our comfort. Neither of us were able to get great sleep with the mattress. It did help with helping manage my body heat, but it wasn't for us.

I have spent thousands on great mattresses over the years. This crazy bed is by far the best mattress I've ever owned. I actually sleep without back pain now. I haven't been overheated at night, like all my other mattresses. I really sleep cooler. I don't know how they do it. The sheets are weird and awesome . They let air in but still keep me at just the right temperature. You won't go wrong with putting your money into this bedroom set. Go Purple

Initially when I bought the purple mattress, it was very comfortable and I loved it. Four months after sleeping on it, I started waking up every night with sore neck and lower back pain. Whenever I use a different bed my pain goes away and when I come back to sleep on my purple mattress again, the neck and back pain return. Now I am stuck with this mattress since I passed my 100 night trial period. I totally regret buying it.

We've slept so well ever since we got our purple mattress. The mattress was too thin for our bed frame so we initally decided to return it. However, after trying another memory foam mattress, we knew we had to get our purple mattress back. We cancelled our return, bought a 4" box frame, and now we sleep like babies. Thanks Purple for being an awesome company and making awesome products! We also love your seat cushion and bed sheets!

It would have been nice if they had a delivery system that carried the mattress in for you because the mattress was just dropped off outside my house in plane site. Anyone could have come and taken it so I had to get in the house myself which was extremely difficult. We have had the mattress for about 2 1/2 weeks now and are still not impressed with it. It is much more firm than expected. I wake up with really bad shoulder and neck pains that are accompanied by bad headaches. Unfortunately, unless the mattress doesn't break in better, we may need to return it. It is nice, however, that it comes rolled up and set up was fairly easy. And don't worry! The smell goes away within the first week! One other thing to note, it is a pretty thin mattress compared to others.

I was a big hesitant on buying a bed on line. I am sooo happy I did. My husband and I both love this bed. It took no time at all to get used to it. No more back aches when getting up and my husband slept right through his alarm 2 days in a row! :) I also got the sheets which are amazing, so soft. Overall, I think the best bed I have ever bought.
